Spectacular Mt. home with views of Lake George and Hot Tub.

This house is a stunning Adirondack style A frame with lots of space both inside and out to host an extended family or group. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths with beds to sleep 14 comfortably. It has been newly furnished with custom made Adirondack log beds and décor. Main family room has a real wood fireplace for winter rentals and fire pit outside for the warmer months. The lower level is a great space for entertaining with a bar, extra large television and game room.
The house is located at the top of a private mountain road that is narrow and has a steep incline. Access by four-wheel drive is highly recommended in the winter months, particularly in snow or icy conditions. Once at the top of the road, it levels out and the driveway to the property is flat.

Beautiful Bolton Landing Gem

This home and property is absolutely gorgeous! The whole process from beginning to end was truly stress free. Owners were in constant communication and helped every step of the way. Close to stores and town. We enjoyed relaxing in the home as well as seeing the wildlife in person. We would definitely recommend this home.

Great House!

The house was fantastic! There was lots of common area space and my personal favorite was the extra large dining table with plenty of chairs, rarely can a large group gather for meals at one table. David is an amazing host, he went above and beyond to help us with many extra's. Treat yourself and stay here!

1) The house was cozy/comfortable/clean and very much as advertised. The fire place was fantastic and kitchen/dining table were spacious enough for accommodating our group with 4 families. 2) The owner was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. 3) The location was great for ski trip to Gore Mountain (it took ~45 minutes for one way but our group felt shorter than this).

Wonderful getaway

This home was the perfect get away for 3 families (14 total, 6 adults & 8 kids) who wanted to experience what Lake George/ Bolton Landing had to offer. From booking our stay to check out day, David was most helpful with suggesting places to eat to renting a pontoon boat. The home (because that’s what it felt like) was perfect for a large group. David made sure to have every possible need available at the home, from games, pancake griddle and fire pit in the backyard. We hope to visit again next summer!! You won’t be disappointed

AMAZING Bolt

High end property exceeded my expectations. Luxury accommodations with all the trimmings. Pictures on the website don’t do it justice. Very secluded hideaway with awesome yard. Scenic View & Serene

This is one of the best vacation homes we’ve stayed at. It had everything we needed and could have wanted. The location is great, aloof from everything and yet not too far from nearby towns. The house is spacious and well-equipped. We enjoyed the entire space and it was perfect for our group size of 14. Both master bedrooms were wonderful and one of them has a modern shower. The fireplace in the backyard is good and there’s a lot of chairs to get everyone seated … the deck around the house is pleasant. The kids enjoyed basketball (there’s a hoop), volleyball in the backyard. One of our friends had an electric vehicle and there’s even a charging point for it near the garage. Can’t ask for more in a vacation home! Hope to visit again and thank you for hosting us.

Annual family trip

Gorgeous home with over the top amenities for our annual family vacation. 8 adults and 4 children (ages 5-1) fit comfortably with room to spare! A short ride into Bolton Landing and Chic’s Marina was excellent for boat rentals. David & Cynthia went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed leading up to our stay and were extremely helpful and communicative throughout. We look forward to staying at this beautiful home again!

What a fabulous place!

We rented David’s place this past Memorial Day weekend, and what a terrific time we had in this beautiful (and enormous) family friendly home. We are three best friends from childhood celebrating a milestone birthday with husbands and children. David’s home has all the bells and whistles. Two grills, fire pit, ping pong, basketball court, tons of games, plenty of indoor and outdoor space to be together! We hiked the Pinnacle on Saturday which is an easy, short hike and saw the Lumineers at SPAC on Sunday. The house is clean, comfy, and spacious. We are already planning our next stay —Was perfect!

Annual Lake George trip !!

My friends and family stayed here for a long weekend in February, and the house was amazing. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was very close to Bolton town and a short drive to the Lake George village. We will definitely be looking to stay here again next year !!! The owner was very accommodating and answered all the questions we had.
