In an idyllic setting, calm and without any overlooking, on the northern hills of Nîmes, this superb contemporary villa boasts a living area of approximately 185 m² on a magnificent wooded plot of 3,000 m².
From the entrance, the charm works: light, generous volumes, and quality materials will seduce you. The villa offers a beautiful living room, almost 80 m², with its equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with a lovely fireplace, all opening through sliding glass doors onto a vast terrace. A room open to the outside, very bright, with a large sofa and an 85-inch TV.
A fully equipped utility room (sink, stove, oven, American fridge, coffee machine, etc.) allows you to plan for everything.
The sleeping area, on the ground floor, is organized around a lovely patio, with 2 beautiful bedrooms (one with a king-size bed, one with a bunk bed 2 meters long), a bathroom, and a master suite with a king-size bed, bathroom, and shower, an office that can accommodate a provided baby cot or an extra bed for 2 people.
Upstairs, a fifth bedroom with a king-size bed, an independent bathroom, and a pleasant terrace with an unobstructed view of nature and the garden.
The meticulously maintained exterior allows you to enjoy this wonderful setting. You will be charmed by its landscaped, fully enclosed garden with no overlooking, its heated pool, quality garden furniture, its pool house with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher, plancha...), and its terraces for unforgettable moments of relaxation with your loved ones.

We love to explore and meet people, we used rentals quite often, so it felt natural to list our property when we are not here.

Why they chose this property
We wanted to be in the calmest environment possible, with great outside space, and all the modern amenities. 
We also wanted to be close to a high speed train station to be able to go back to Paris whenever we wanted.
We looked for properties for 18 months, all over the south of France. Some of them had everything we wanted but we could hear roads, neighbors, or people could look into our property easily. We loved some homes but never felt completely right.
Then one day we saw this house online. We called immediately, were in the train the next day to visit it, fell in love instantly and made an offer the exact same day. 2 hours later, our offer was accepted and we were owners for the first time in our lives.
The house is amazing, but what really sealed the deal for us was the outside space, the landscaping, the pool and pool house and the quietness of the space. This and the ability to leave inside/outside very easily.
