In Liguria, on the border with Tuscany, about 7 km from Sarzana, is this apartment in a two-family house, located on the banks of the river Magra not far from its mouth and the sea. Here you can enjoy the magnificent view of the river, the wooded hills on the other bank and the sea. With the help of the owner you can rent boats for boat trips on the river or the sea to reach beautiful Ligurian beaches, which are nearby but only accessible by sea, or go as far as the Cinque Terre. Parking on the property, with key and remote control of the entrance gate. Distances: Lerici 10 km, La Spezia 19 km, Portovenere 33 km; the Cinque Terre 34 km, Lucca 56 km, Pisa 57 km, Genova 100 km, Florence 130 km.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Fiumaretta. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr liebenswert und nett, und haben uns täglich mit leckeren Dingen aus dem eigenen Garten verwöhnt, und außerdem gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit, im Ort gibt es Lebensmittel für den täglichen Bedarf und Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Herbst war sehr ruhig, es waren praktisch keine andere Touristen in der Umgebung. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Wunderbare Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Wir sind hier angekommen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles super sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter wohnt mit im Haus und betreut seine Gäste auf`s vortrefflichste. Die kleine Straße auf die man von der Terrasse zum Wasser blickt, ist für den Durchgangsverkehr gesperrt. Entsprechend gibt es keinen Autolärm. In der Nähe gibt es einige Restaurants, einen kleinen Supermarkt und Metzger. Zum Strand läuft man in wenigen Minuten. Wir haben den Standort für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre und Carrara genutzt. Alles liegt in gut erreichbarer Nähe mit Auto und Zug. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.
