About this property

End Unit Condo in Quechee Lakes Resort. This condo is located within the Saltbox Condo Development and is lovingly cared for and very well maintained. The condo layout is as follows:

Main Floor:
open concept layout with modern kitchen, dining area and living room area. This space has lots of windows and a slidng glass door that offer direct access out to a deck with brand new and extremely comfortable lounge furniture. There is also bathroom with a shower on this level.

2nd Floor:
A master suite with private full bathroom a King bed.

The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed

The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom located at end of hallway on the 2nd floor

Lower Level (Walkout):
The lower level of this condo offers a great family room space and washer and dryer room. Currently, this family room has a sofa and TV and offers plenty of space for kids to hang out and stay occupied.

*The condo will have AC installed for the 2022 Summer Season
*Rental of the condo provides renters access to the Quechee Lakes Resort and all its amenities. Renters will be subject to fees for the use of the amenities.

Perfect unit for a week long stay in Quechee, VT

This end unit was perfect for our family’s end of summer vacation in Quechee. Clean, well stocked and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space but with optimal shared space within the well stocked kitchen, great deck, big kitchen table, comfortable couches and big basement for the kids to spread out in. Enjoyed the 1.1 mile walk down to Simon Pearce and proximity to both the Quechee Club, Woodstock and border towns in NH (Hanover, Lebanon, etc.) and VT (White River Junction, Norwich, etc.) which proved excellent in “the things to do with kids over a week in VT” category. Sheron is local and was a great host to ensure everything went smoothly during our stay. Will rent again.
