Bedroom #2: (Main Level) Full/Full Bunk bed w/ Twin Trundle

Bath# 2 Full bath in hallway that serves Main Floor and bedroom 2

Bedroom #3: (Upstairs) King bed, Day bed with trundle and Crib with Smart TV.

Bath# 3 Full bath with dual sinks, shower and tub.

Bedroom #4: (Upstairs) 2 Full beds

Bedroom #5: 2 Queen beds Room has a Smart TV.

Bedroom #6: Ca King Bed. Room has a Smart TV.

Bath #4: In upstairs hallway that serves for Bedroom 4,5,6 Dual sinks with combo bath/shower


Additional Beds:

1 Queen Air Mattress, 1 pack n play

Game room: (garage) Get competitive in a match or two of your game of choice! The entertainment room is equipped with a billiards table, foosball table, shuffleboard table, skee ball and air hockey! We also have 4 arcade games. Also Tons of board games for your use.

Outside we have a basketball court, corn hole.

Outdoor area:

Unwind outside on the estate's lavish backyard equipped for all your relaxation needs! Soak in the radiance of the Southern California sun hill lounging around! Take a dip in the pool or jacuzzi.

Enjoy the fire pit and get cozy with the beautiful night sky!

The Highest Speed Wi-Fi to help support all guests working remotely or distance learning.


Rules:
Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/fire pit. No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings.

No more than 5 cars. Only allowed 1 car to park on the street. rest need to fit on driveway.

Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.

No music in backyard at all times.

Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors yards and there will be a fine.


POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.

The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer. Hot tub heater must be turned off after use and overnight.

Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.

We do not allow ANY parties at any time.

Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted.

We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate.

Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

Indoor Fireplaces are not operational

PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.

-Thanksgiving Eve & Thanksgiving Day
-Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
-New Years Eve & New Years Day
