BEL APPARTEMENT
Bel appartement idéalement placé à côté du centre, de la plage et au calme avec parking privé au bas de l'immeuble et sans vis à vis avec une superbe vue sur le jardin public. A l'intérieur petites améliorations à apporter à savoir canapé très basique trop petit et inconfortable pour 2 alors à 4 !!! - lumière hotte ne fonctionne pas - couteau à huitres pointe cassée ainsi qu'un autre couteau. A l'arrivée freezer du frigo saturé de glace, non dégelé. A compléter d'une casserole faitout.

Agréable appartement mais mal insonorisé
L'appartement est agréable avec une belle vue, mais il ne s'agit pas d'un vrai deux chambre car une des chambres donne sur l'espace de vie et n'a pas de porte. Il est impossible de vaquer à ses occupations lorsque quelqu'un dort au dessus. L'appartement est aussi très mal insonorisé. Sinon super location.

Bonne situation mais peu équipé
Appartement très bien situé au cœur de quiberon, parking utile. Mais peu d'équipement, manque de vaisselle et ménage minimum...

Emplacement très agréable avec vue dégagée et aperçu mer. Propre et spacieux. Manque ou à remplacer : - des couteaux qui coupent bien (et non couteaux de cantine pour enfants) - Joint de la cocotte minute qui fuit doc pas hermétique. - 1 plat à four félé à remplacer - prévoir plus de couverts car pas suffisant pour utilisation du LV. - Manque de lumière sur plaque de cuisson. - Canapé un peu juste pour un appartement de 4 pers. - ajouter un éclairage indirect côté salon.

J'aurai aimé un salon un peu mieux équipé avec un autre canapé (ou un autre fauteuil). Les ustensiles de cuisine pas toujours très propres dans les placards. Propreté moyenne (sable dans les chambres) TB location, TB situé, parking sur place, location de linge appréciable.

Sous le soleil breton
Une semaine très sympathique sous le soleil breton. Un appartement spacieux et lumineux très bien situé avec un balcon sous le soleil du matin au soir. Tres propre. Le salon meriterai un canapé plus confortable, mais nous reviendrons.
