This beautiful 29m² apartment, which can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people, is ideally located to visit the must-see places in Cannes and enjoy the restaurants and beaches.
Please note that roofing work is in progress, however, no nuisance will be expected for the conventions.
Le Suquet is the historical center of Cannes, with its old and picturesque houses overlooking the bay of Cannes. Its Forville market is a must for gourmets. Located between the superb beaches of the south and the Old Port with its delicious restaurants, it is also an excellent starting point to visit the city.
The apartment is ideally located, close to everything, perfect to enjoy:
- Palais des festivals : 6 min walk and 9 min drive
- Beaches : 11 min by foot and 7 min by car
- Supermarket : 2 min walk and 5 min drive (Carrefour market)
- Restaurants / bars : 1 min walk and 2 min drive
- Public parking : 3 min walk and 2 min drive (Parking Ferrage Meynadier)
The apartment, located on the 2nd floor without elevator, will be prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It also has air conditioning in the living room and in one bedroom as well as an internet connection.

Additional information : Roofing works will take place from April 22nd to May 13th included. A scaffold will be placed on the Meynadier street side and on the dead end side for security reasons.

The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules.
Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes.
We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best.
We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability :
- Early check-ins
- Airport transfers
- Welcoming in person on site
The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day.
It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed.
The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat.
If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee.
We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture.
- If you bring an animal into the flat, we will charge you 150€
- If you smoke inside the flat, we will charge you 100€
- If you party or make to much noise, we will charge you 200€
