Your own house tucked into a cozy, quiet neighborhood 1/2 way b/t Sullivan's Island & Shem Creek. Freshly updated coastal vibe. Relax on the covered back patio watching your favorite games on your 55 inch smart tv or quiet time with your morning coffee. Your dogs can enjoy vacation too in the large fenced back yard while sipping drinks by the fire pit or swinging away in the hammock by the banana tree!

Pack lightly! We have your beach towels, chairs, umbrella, bikes and a fully furnished kitchen with everything you need!
Boats, paddleboards, kiteboards- you have plenty of storage. Outdoor shower for you and a dog wash for your pups.
Only 11 minutes to downtown!
Dog vacation rate is $100 per dog per stay. 2 dog max. Pet fee must be paid prior to arrival.

Wonderful

This property is just as pictured. It was very clean and cozy. Highly recommended! The fenced backyard is a plus if traveling with pets. Close to the beaches and Charleston. The host was great!

Mt. Pleasant Favorite

This is our second year staying here at Cayman’s Cottage and it is our favorite! It’s the perfect location to enjoy Folly and Charleston during one stay! We LOVED the back patio upgrade and enjoyed sitting out there at night! The owner checks in to ensure your stay is up to par! We can’t wait to go back!

Mt. Pleasant perfection

Brandon was absolutely awesome to deal with. The house was perfect for my dog and I. The house was spotless and situated in a very quiet neighborhood. The fenced in back yard was very peaceful and a perfect space for my dog to enjoy the sunshine. Definitely recommend this place, and I’ll be back for sure.

A cozy & modern cottage for 2 + a dog!

A well equipped place and even biscuit/towel/toys/bowls for the pup! Location is perfect and convenient. The place is lovely and very clean & comfy!! The huge fenced backyard is private and fun for the dog to wondering around. That’s important for us taking our pup for a fun road trip! The extra toilet is convenient too ! 😉 Brandon is quick in responding and communicating and knowledgeable. Trying his best to get things right. Thank you for hosting us.

Top Notch Stay at Cayman's Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cayman's Cottage. When we arrived, the owner, Brandon, left a friendly note and a treat for our dogs. The house was very clean, and obviously well cared for. I really liked the proximity to downtown and the beach. I'd never been to Charleston before, and the location was great for exploring. The fenced in backyard was wonderful for our dogs. Brandon is also very communicative and responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Moved here with my dog in January '21 after spending 3 years in Tampa launching my latest company. Thrilled to finally be able to call Charleston my home.

Salt water is in my blood. Growing up on the Chesapeake Bay makes me appreciate the beauty and culture Charleston offers. As an avid kiteboarder- the ocean is less than 10 minutes away and frequently utilized!

Why they chose this property

This house is super close to the beaches, Shem Creek, and downtown but yet tucked quietly away in a cozy neighborhood. Open, airy, coastal farmhouse comfort hits you as you walk in. I wanted a dog friendly place- covered patio for outdoor dining, binge watching tv or your favorite book and a large fenced yard for dogs. After all, dogs need vacation too! Simple is better . Don't forget ... the outdoor shower and dog wash.

Pack lightly - we have your bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, grill, fully stocked kitchen and a big large fenced backyard.

Enough toilet paper/paper towels/garbage bags for a 3 night stay. If staying longer, may need to pick up additional. If staying 30 days or longer, cleaning will be scheduled every 2 weeks. This ensures you have adequate toiletries and the house is maintained. Billing will be separate.
