Welcome to the Virgin River Cliff House, your home away from home in beautiful southern Utah. Gather your crew, whether it's your adventurous friends or your whole family, and embark on an epic getaway at our 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom haven! Get ready for breathtaking views of the Virgin River, immediate access to hiking and biking trails, and non-stop excitement. Anticipate jaw-dropping mountain vistas and glorious sunsets every day.
Imagine soaking in our hot tub while the kids go wild on the splash pad - it's like a mini water park in your own backyard! Lounge on the patio, where marshmallow roasting and cozy fires await. And, to top it off, we're just a short 25-minute drive from the gateway to Zion National Park, with countless Southern Utah outdoor adventures within easy reach.
The main floor is where the magic begins, boasting three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sprawling living area with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining space, and a spacious living room. Step out onto the balcony for awe-inspiring views of the Virgin River and beyond. On the lower level, a separate entrance leads to three more bedrooms and three additional bathrooms, all encompassing an open living space with its very own kitchen, dining area, and a comfy living room. The excitement spills out into our expansive private backyard, featuring the hot tub, splash pad for the kiddos, a picturesque patio with a pergola, and the cozy fire pit.
Tucked away in a tranquil residential neighborhood at the end of a quiet street along the Virgin River, this is your peaceful oasis. The neighborhood is a peaceful haven with minimal traffic, and ample parking options. The long driveway on the east side of the house is perfect for accommodating RVs and trailers. Street parking is also an option. Plus, the beautiful Confluence Park is just a short stroll away, offering fantastic hiking and biking trails.

Great location and views! The beds were comfy. The kitchens had every tool you would ever need to cook! River Rock Roasting was around the corner for coffee and pizza and the Zion Hot Springs across from there … AMAZING!

Highly recommed this property. It is 20 minutes to Zion NP and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It was much bigger than the photos showed and offer two full kitchens. We were very impressed.

Property was a great location, we golfed a couple of courses nearby, it was nice to be away from the craziness of St.George. House was comfortable and fit our group size with plenty of bathrooms and space. We didn’t use the hot tub, but the yard was beautiful and view was amazing.

Amazing Views Great Stay

This house was amazing the owner leaves everything for you to use including extra bath products and a few pantry items. Views and hikes around this house were awesome I highly recommend staying here. Close to Zion. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Eat at River Rock and Stage Coach great food!

Zion stay

Property is a short 30 min drive to Zion National Park which is the reason for our booking. The house was very accommodating for 7 adults with nice size bedrooms and ample number of bathrooms. The house was very comfortable and well stocked with essentials (soap shampoo linens kitchen utensils coffee coffee filters seasonings etc). Highly recommend the property if you are coming to the Zion area.

All around excellent- Beautiful cliff house with wonderful views and close to Zion and St. George

We had a outstanding time at the cliff house. The home is beautiful, spacious and central to Zion and St. George. The separate bedrooms with on suite bathrooms were perfect for us and our friends. We had our privacy when we needed it. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for cooking meals and the recommendations for local restaurants were spot on. We had fun playing Fußball and ping pong. The two ACs worked really well which was very nice to come back to from hiking in Zion all day.

Are extended family stayed here and the house was very clean and spacious, plenty of room for everyone,peaceful and quiet neighborhood with great mountain views. The hot tub was great after a long day hiking . This place is close to many different restaurants and has everything you need for cooking meals with two spacious kitchen's. So much do to do around the area in a 30 minute drive weather you like hiking, four wheeling, mountain biking, or just scenic drives. We all had something for the family here and would love to be back. I recommend staying here Craig and Beth were great hosts.

Amazing stay with EVERYTHING you need!

I can honestly say that this was one of the most wonderful properties we have ever rented, and we are frequent travellers! Firstly, the house is absolutely breathtaking and has tons of games and amenities that the whole family could enjoy. We hiked throughout the nearby National Parks and came back knowing that we had a clean and comfortable place to relax and recharge. The house is conveniently located near stores, restaurants, and incredible hikes. Simply if you are looking for a perfect vacation home to explore the beauty of southern Utah, this is hands down the best property you will find! Craig and Beth were wonderful hosts and made sure to go above and beyond to provide us a stress-free vacation, we will definitely be back one day!

Zion trip

Our party of 5 was amazed when we walked in the home. Each of us had our own room and bathroom. Great layout overall. Plenty of space for larger group. The views from the balcony spectacular. Loved the splash pad to cool off and hot tub to re-coop from long hikes topped off the evening. Location of home-perfect! Such a peaceful setting. Easy drive to Zion and all other activities we had planned. Also, 2 hour drive to Bryce which we were able to fit in our schedule. Quiet beautiful neighborhood too! Loved the access to park down below the home. Convenience of grocery store kept the cooks in the kitchen, which we all enjoyed doing and gathering together for fun conversation. Ping pong games were full of laughter too. I will definitely tell friends and family and most likely will be back again. All the stars were aligned this birthday trip, everything went on without a glitch…even got some unexpected fireworks over the mountains in neighboring towns while sitting out one night in hot tub. Couldn’t asked for more. Thank you!!!!!!

This place is perfect! The beds, pillows and sheets were extremely comfortable. It was also very spacious and clean. Although we did not use the splashpad or hot tub, we all enjoyed the outdoor spaces. The house was just as pictured and described. The only slight negative was that being in the bedroom downstairs with the bathroom suite, I could hear every step taken above me in the kitchen, but it wasn't really a problem because I wake early anyway.

Perfect!All 4 couples were so pleased with this lovely spacious home. It was the last of 4 places we stayed. While the others were very good, this was the Best. Big kitchens, huge dining room, comfortable living spaces, multiple laundry areas were all appreciated. But the outdoor area with beautiful views, pergola and hot tub wete a special treat

Family vacation in Vegas and Utah

After spending part of the week in Vegas we spent time in La Verkin. Our stay in La Verkin was perfect. We went to Zion and rode UTVs around the desert at Mad Moose. The accommodations were great. The house was perfect. The view was amazing. The owners were easy to work with and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Great trip

We had the best time. House was perfect and the amenities were great I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to enjoy the Zion area. So much to do. The only thing we noticed was that it was dusty in side the home. The bedroom furniture and the wooden section under the railing of the steps was really dusty. That said it didn’t affect the stay! It was great!!!

We built the Virgin River Cliff House in 2019 with the intention of listing it as a short-rental and using it on occasion for ourselves. We visit quite often and love sharing the home with others who have come to Utah to bask in its beauty and outdoor excitement.

Why they chose this property

There is so much space for your family and friends. It is super close to Zion National Park and many other popular southern Utah fun spots. Besides that, you get full use of our private hot tub and splash pad. The views of the Virgin River and nearby mountain peaks from our backyard are spectacular.
