Welcome to the Virgin River Cliff House, your home away from home in beautiful southern Utah. Gather your crew, whether it's your adventurous friends or your whole family, and embark on an epic getaway at our 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom haven! Get ready for breathtaking views of the Virgin River, immediate access to hiking and biking trails, and non-stop excitement. Anticipate jaw-dropping mountain vistas and glorious sunsets every day.
Imagine soaking in our hot tub while the kids go wild on the splash pad - it's like a mini water park in your own backyard! Lounge on the patio, where marshmallow roasting and cozy fires await. And, to top it off, we're just a short 25-minute drive from the gateway to Zion National Park, with countless Southern Utah outdoor adventures within easy reach.
The main floor is where the magic begins, boasting three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sprawling living area with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining space, and a spacious living room. Step out onto the balcony for awe-inspiring views of the Virgin River and beyond. On the lower level, a separate entrance leads to three more bedrooms and three additional bathrooms, all encompassing an open living space with its very own kitchen, dining area, and a comfy living room. The excitement spills out into our expansive private backyard, featuring the hot tub, splash pad for the kiddos, a picturesque patio with a pergola, and the cozy fire pit.
Tucked away in a tranquil residential neighborhood at the end of a quiet street along the Virgin River, this is your peaceful oasis. The neighborhood is a peaceful haven with minimal traffic, and ample parking options. The long driveway on the east side of the house is perfect for accommodating RVs and trailers. Street parking is also an option. Plus, the beautiful Confluence Park is just a short stroll away, offering fantastic hiking and biking trails.

Family vacation in Vegas and Utah

After spending part of the week in Vegas we spent time in La Verkin. Our stay in La Verkin was perfect. We went to Zion and rode UTVs around the desert at Mad Moose. The accommodations were great. The house was perfect. The view was amazing. The owners were easy to work with and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

This place is perfect! The beds, pillows and sheets were extremely comfortable. It was also very spacious and clean. Although we did not use the splashpad or hot tub, we all enjoyed the outdoor spaces. The house was just as pictured and described. The only slight negative was that being in the bedroom downstairs with the bathroom suite, I could hear every step taken above me in the kitchen, but it wasn't really a problem because I wake early anyway.

We are Beth and Craig Coleman. We have lived in the state for most of our adult lives and love the beauty and adventure of Southern Utah. We built the Virgin River Cliff House in 2019 with the intention of listing it as a short-rental and using it on occasion for ourselves. We visit quite often and love sharing the home with others who have come to Utah to bask in its beauty and outdoor excitement.

Why they chose this property

There is so much space for your family and friends. It is super close to Zion National Park and many other popular southern Utah fun spots. Besides that, you get full use of our private hot tub and splash pad. The views of the Virgin River and nearby mountain peaks from our backyard are spectacular.
