Share memories with loved ones back home using the home's high-speed WiFi. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan, so everyone can adjust to their own comfortable sleep temperature. There's room for everyone in this family-friendly neighborhood retreat.
Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. The wood-burning fireplace is available during the burning season. All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival. Failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation. The shared pool is not accessible. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa Pennsylvania LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Communications were a bit confusing. Beds were terrible. Couch and chairs were dirty. Ripped screen, missing fireplace pane, missing cabinet, broken lamp, etc.House was freezing upon arrival and we had to contact a few people to turn on baseboard heating. Even with that, the main floor was super drafty and cold.
The house was super clean, beautiful area for fall time. Lots of space for family. We had a wonderful time..and close enough to grab the train to NYC..an hour drive

Perfect weekend getaway
Firstly, the unit is wonderful! We were there for 4th of July weekend visiting family in the area. Check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The amenities in the home were great. Unlike some rentals, it came stocked with all those little necessities you sometimes forget (trash bags, dish soap, sponge). We had a great visit! Community was quiet, easy to access, and close to some fun attractions.
Clean, cozy, house minutes away from Camelback, shopping, multiple restaurants (the hibachi place is a gem!) and the casino. The game room downstairs was the perfect way to unwind after a day of fun. Looking forward to our next booking!

Quiet stay and super clean
This house is amazing I visited with my kids and my dog and the house was super spacious in can fit a big family and the neighbor is so quiet and clean.
Pros: Very spacious, lots of cookware to use, generally clean inside, washer/dryer were new, great views, flat ground for parking.
Cons: Outdated (but decently maintained), basement carpet needs to be replaced, no iron (but there was an ironing board), biggest TV is outdated - not the best for gamers, stools at the kitchen counter are too short.

Very cozy!
Our original house we booked had a last
Minute issue so we were put up in this house instead! It was very nice, comfortable, quiet and well appointed! Beds and couches were very comfy, lots of games, and entertainment options!
We had stayed here before and reviewed it, and had a very good second experience this past week for a skiing trip. The skiing conditions in late December weren’t great, but the house was fine. It’s spacious (for a townhouse in the area), very clean, and nicely appointed. We would stay here again.
The house was accurately advertised and seemed mostly clean when we arrived. Lots of board games and a pool table which was nice. We had a really hard time figuring out how the door lock worked and wish there had been

Tannersville Stay
I was harassed and fined by the security team because Vacasa did not submit the vehicle plate information. The images of the rental were outdated. The basement, in the pictures, showed a bed when there wasn’t one down there. There was property damage such as cracked walls in the basement and living area. Zero instructions regarding thermostat control; the Vacasa local rep has calls redirected to a bogus voicemail message; had to call HOA office regarding tickets because Vacasa did not offer assistance nor communication; Fans and vents were filthy with about 1/2 in of dirt; The basement was damp and musky; the electronic lock malfunctioned on arrival day;

Additionally, they noted that any outdated photos will be updated and the fans and vents have been cleaned. The basement has dehumidifiers and small cracks in the walls are normal from the house settling. Nightmare of a stay
The house has mold, one of the bed was broken & the customer service was horrible! I connected with the Vacasa team and the ONLY option I was giving was to relocate to a home that was near by but was dingy, outdated, had horrible past reviews and the bedrooms- most of them being bunk beds didn’t work workout for my party as we had couples. The communication on the Vacasa team is poor as I kept getting transfer to specialist and I kept having to repeat and explain myself over and over again. I submitted a refund and still haven’t received an answer back. Just horrible.

Joselly, we are sorry to hear you had a disappointing stay at our home. We sincerely apologize for the mold spot found upon your arrival. Our records show we offered to immediately move your reservation to a different home and send several options. One of the homes offered was identical to your original unit and only one block away. We understand that you decided to stay. Mold remediation treatments take some time and we were not able to make the treatment during your short stay as requested, unfortunately. Mold remediation has been scheduled. The bed was checked and found not to be broken. Again, we apologize for the poor experience and hope to have a chance to better impress you in the future.
The main gathering room and kitchen temperature in the house is set to 68 and has a drafty fireplace in the room with the flue closed. The room is cold most of the day especially in the morning. We had fire wood for our first night only. Also, the house keeper checked off the BBQ was cleaned and propane ready. The BBQ and deck was buried in close to a foot of snow. I requested more wood and a shovel the next day and was told my request would be addressed. I got the shovel 1 1/2 days later, but no wood. I was then told 2 days later wood is not provided and given a phone number to purchase wood. I would think firewood would be standard and it mentioned when I first asked.

Great place near Camelback
We had a really nice stay at this townhouse unit for a weekend in October, so we could have a jumping off point for a day of river rafting and some of the Camelback fall features.
It's a very clean, well-appointed unit. We were a little reluctant because it had not received any reviews yet, but we trusted in the pictures and in Vacasa that it would be fine. It was more than that.
The main level is very relaxing: comfy couch, big screen tv, high-top dining table for six. The upstairs has two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed, that share a bath. And the basement is great: very comfy walkout to the ground level, with a foosball table, tv, couches. All very clean and comfortable.
We are coming back in December for the holiday week between Christmas and New Year's to go skiing, and looking forward to it.
