Comfortable; but some issues

Expectations were disappointing with the pool not being fit to swim in at all and no hot water the first night; but, overall, the home has great potential, great space and all huge bedrooms. Also, everything for our stay, was provided, like we didn’t have to go out and buy extra tissue, etc. However, when a problem arise, they should have an emergency contact number for like the hot water & a better compensation for the pool issue. Important note:You have to check in/out via a link which was not live and not working; this need to be fixed or simply use texting with their customers. There was good response time for questions or concerns.

Thoughtfully appointed and well maintained

We stayed at this Airbnb for the Christmas holiday. It was well maintained and peaceful especially with the pergola, patio seating and pool. The kitchen was well stocked with items, utensils, pots/skillets, etc that a basic to skilled cook would need. The bedrooms and linens were comfortable with space for 14 people. The management company was very responsive and provided answers to anything asked. The neighborhood is convenient to the expressways as well as grocery stores.
