Get ready to stay in a National treasure!
This is the 2nd oldest train depot in the US. What incredible history just imagining what has taken place her over all these years. Although it has been fully renovated, we have preserved so much of its original charm. Check out the hand cut wood beams and brick chimney in the kitchen. The open concept kitchen and living room lets the whole family or group of friends spread out after a long day exploring the area. Watch your favorite shows or movies on the 55" TV in the living room. Downstairs has an oversized bedroom with a king size bed (top of the line Nectar mattress) and a walk-in closet with a desk. The life like electric fireplace will be a great treat in the colder months, but can be used without the heat mode for some nice ambiance. Sonos speaker located on the bookshelf to play your favorite music.
Walk upstairs and find a bedroom with a queen size bed (top of the line Nectar mattress) and a full bathroom with a tub.
The bathroom mirror has a built in vanity lighting. The lounge area upstairs has two sleeper sofas with memory foam mattresses and cable tv. There is also a queen size air mattress in the closet in upstairs bedroom. The loading dock is covered and has plenty of room to hang out with friends and family. Super quick walk to everything like the canal and downtown. Plenty of award winning restaurants, shops and bars.

Pittsburgh Girls Weekend
I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in Frederick!! The train depot was unbelievable - we actually squealed when we got out of the car and saw it in person. The property was so clean and included everything we needed. Location was perfect - we walked everywhere.

Wedding Weekend
I rented this property for my nephew and his bride on their wedding weekend. It was perfect for them as a private hideaway in the middle of downtown. It was close to their wedding venue and all the shops and restaurants that historic downtown Frederick has to offer. It is a beautiful space and a real gem. The host, Danny is fabulous. Easy to communicate with and very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend.

I grew up in Montgomery County Maryland, moved to Frederick in 1999 for about 6 years and fell in love with the small town feel. I lived Southern California for 11 yrs and then moved to Hawaii, but always come back to visit Frederick. My home away from home. Have always loved the historic buildings in Frederick and I love restoring them back to their original beauty for others to enjoy.
I was in construction for about 15 yrs and loved the work, but didn't like the long hours. I walked away from construction and have been a full-time network marketer and real estate investor since the early 2000s. I got married in 2017 to an amazing woman and we decided to move to the Dallas area. My wife and I enjoy traveling around the world, exploring new places and learning about different cultures . Life is meant to be lived and have fun with the people you love!
I hope you enjoy our unique properties as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This train depot is a big part of history. This is the second oldest train depot in the United States. The oldest was actually in its place and was torn down and this one was built. Its next to Carroll Creek and downtown bars and breweries.

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with the fact that its a train depot and has a loading dock for a front porch and that train tracks ran right by the front door. It was a mess when I bought it but saw what incredible potential it had. I knew people would enjoy staying here.
