This house was a nice, comfortable space for what we were doing - a three night visit to fun/foodie Frederick. We loved the proximity to downtown shopping and restaurants. It’s just over a mile walk and complete with sidewalks the entire way.

If I could give it six stars I would. The communication with the host was perfect. The house was impeccable. The location was great for what we needed. We’re just the two of us traveling. It could not have went smoother.

Place was absolutely spectacular. Accommodations and location was fabulous. It was a sister weekend for us. And we had a fabulous time shopping. All the shops and visited the weinberg theatre for a squirrel nut zipper show fabulous would recommend to anyone.

Everything was clean and parking was easy. Was enough space for me and my two kids however I would say anymore people it would feel a little small. Easy to come and go and had everything we needed. Was a perfect place to stay as we transitioned out of Maryland.

Great location and accommodations. Just wasn’t aware of the staircase inside the property. I was able to navigate the stairs but they could have been a problem for someone with limited mobility.

Lovely spot near downtown Frederick

Very clean and homey. We spent the evening enjoying downtown Frederick - this is a lovely location close to downtown attractions. Safe off-street parking, comfy lodging with multiple conveniences such as washer/dryer, cozy sitting room and designated rear entrance. We will definitely stay again!

Loved having the parking with EV charger. It was nice to have 2 levels with the bedroom and living room on the upper level. Very clean, AC and blinds were easy to adjust, and appreciated having coffee pods. (It seems like these used to be standard and are not anymore at many places.) There was a hiccup with the # bath towels, but additional ones were sent over promptly. Lots of cute touches like the yoga mats. Only a few minutes drive to downtown, where there were garages available even on a very busy weekend with the Arts Festival happening on the canal. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at Patty's Place! The home was very clean and the host was super responsive - the cleaning team even showed up with an extra blanket that we requested, nice! Note that the living room sofa for extra sleeping quarters is more futon style and not a full "pull-out" sleeper sofa. It was still comfortable but just not exactly what we expected. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay!

Short but Sweet

My husband and I only stopped at Patty's Place for an overnight stay but we found it and Market St in Frederick very charming. We loved a quick refreshment at Brewery Alley then an excellent dinner at Isabella's. Lou Lou is a shop not to be missed. Even in the extreme heat, Patty's Place was cool and comfortable. Next time we'll make it a point to book 2 nights. Jill and Steve
