A cute apartment, incredible location, and superb Host. Miss Pat is wonderful person, and her shop below the apartment has some really cool clothes! Would definitely stay again.
We had a wonderful visit to Frederick. Pat was awesome! The apartment is spotless and stacked with anything you could possibly need. Super convenient to shopping, restaurants and anything else you may want to do in downtown Frederick. A great bang for your buck. We will definitely be back next time we’re up there visiting family.
We had a very nice stay at this location. It's very centrally located and provided everything we needed. The host was kind and friendly and went above and beyond to meet our needs.
We really enjoyed our 3-night stay. Easy access. Parking is plenty close. Tons of restaurants within just a block or two. We'd stay there again. The adjacent building is being renovated, so we had some early morning noise a couple of times. Overall loved it.
The apartment had everything we wanted and was a fantastic location. Having a dedicated parking space in downtown Frederick is a bonus. Host communication with property details/information was excellent and checked us in in-person to make sure we were all set. Even though the apt is on a main street in town, the bedroom is quiet and the bed comfortable! We didn’t need a washer/dryer for our long weekend, but for those staying longer, it’s a great amenity. The apt is walkable to everything: restaurants, shops, museums, theatre, breweries, parks, antiques. You won’t be disappointed!
I was greeted by Pat and she was delightful and so helpful! She actually stood in a parking spot to save it until I could get around the block - now that's service! The apartment was clean and bright and the bed was heavenly! I hope to stay there again.
This is the perfect spot to explore downtown Frederick! Everything you could want within walking distance. I’d highly recommend this and look forward to staying there again.
This apartment is in downtown Frederick above a clothing store and in the middle of all the shopping and restaurant action. A big park is just a few blocks away. We loved being in downtown with everything in walking distance even with the night before Thanksgiving partying going on. The bedroom is in the back so it is quieter. Our dog was very comfortable as well.
Clean, comfortable, enabled us to stretch out & relax a bit. It was nice to have a full apt. to be able to prep. a meal and the convenience of exploring downtown Frederick with options to eat our or in. An added perk - we had a great view of the annual Frederick downtown Christmas parade from this 2nd floor apt. Host Pat is lovely & so accommodating, will definitely be staying again!
We were traveling to Southern Virginia and wanted a small break. We stayed 3 nights in this adorable apartment. It is in the middle of Frederick and an easy walk to anything and everything you need. The area is brimming with activity ans we enjoyed exploring the town and surrounding areas.

Hot spot!
This spacious apartment is in the perfect location! Pat is a wonderful host and offers great shopping at Alicia L's!
This was the perfect location for us because we were in town to visit Magpie yarn shop, which turned out to be just across the street. Lots of great places to shop and eat close by. Just one block away is a wonderful church garden where we would sit with our little puppy to have a break from the city. The host did an awesome job of making sure we had a wonderful stay. She made us feel like family, that we were well taken care of.
Cute little apartment in the center of downtown Frederick! Pat is an absolutely wonderful host! This was our third time staying, and once again, will not be our last. A plethora of locally-owned restaurants, small shops and vintage boutiques - ALL within walking distance! Whether you are considering a visit to Frederick for the first time or are a frequent visitor, I highly recommend this cozy little place - you won’t regret it! 🙂
My wife and I had a wonderful time visiting downtown Frederick. The property is a short walking distance from many excellent restaurants. It was a very charming older property full of character and perfect for our wants and needs.
The place was great and easy access. Was good to know there were designated parking spots so we didn’t have to pay for parking the whole time we were there. The place was clean and larger than we expected. Surrounded by all the shops and short walk to get food or drinks. Pat was very helpful and pleasant to work with.
We were very comfortable and always felt refreshed in this authentically classic, intentionally decorated and well equipped high-ceilinged flat -- right in the middle of a historic downtown that has been restored and artfully renovated. We ate at great restaurants, took interesting long walks, and commuted traffic jam free to see the Orioles at Camden Yards. Wonderful hostess. Just perfect.
We found the property clean, neat, attractive, very functional, and a great location for exploring Frederick. The only downside was the cluttered entrance to the apt, but it was a minor thing. We would recommend this property.
