Welcome to the Serenity Suites at Aves Hotel & Resort Montezuma, opened December 2019. Be among the first travelers to experience the newest Hotel & Resort in the Montezuma, Mal Pais/Santa Teresa area of the Southern Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica. You would be staying at one of 4 independent Bungalow/Houses, which we call our Serenity Suites.

Great place

Very clean, great place to relax in nature. Pools are amazing. There was a mistake in the reservation. We got an apartment instead of a villa. It was very nice but the stairs are challenging with young children (very steep). The staff is nice and helpful.

Nice Spot

The grounds are amazing. Beautiful. The cabanas were clean and shared a nice swimming pool. Mike is easy to communicate with, and Joanna also does a great job making you feel right at home. This was a great place to stay and visit Curu.

The property is amazing! Very relaxed atmosphere, awesome pools and beautiful casitas. Joanna was amazing. She helped us with everything! Can’t wait to go back.

Incredible 3 night stay

My girlfriend and I booked this accommodation last minute for the first 3 nights of our 2 week trip and were absolutely blown away with the accommodations. The property, pools, and bungalows were immaculate. The owners and staff were the nicest and most welcoming people we met on our trip and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone considering staying at Aves. Thank you for having us!
