The Space:

The Centrale of Ile de Ré offers this new villa of 210m2 with heated swimming pool and 5 bedrooms for up to 10 people.



The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the centre of La Flotte and the Arnérault beach.

The villa is comfortable and has a bright living room/lounge open to the garden and swimming pool.

The pool has a counter-current swimming feature and 2 massage jet areas.

The landscaped garden has a wooden terrace, tiled area and lawn, with garden furniture for 10 people.



Possibility of parking for 1 vehicle in front of the house and car parks nearby.

Possibility of easily parking bicycles in the patio provided for this purpose.

The swimming pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October.

The heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective water temperature of our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the water temperature of the pools and a cold climate decreases the water temperature of the pools.



The house is non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.



Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! Île de Ré offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Almost everything can be done by bike and on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island that is 30 kilometres long. Passionate about history, summer activities and gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to help you enjoy a quality stay in our home.



Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide with tips and our advice for discovering the Island of Ré in the best possible conditions!

The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).

The key handover and house presentation directly on site are included.



The tourist tax is not included.

Séjour familial très agréable La maison est top, proche de la mer et des commoditésSeul regret et non des moindres, le manque de contact avec l’agence immobilière. Arrivée tardive donc pas d’état des lieux à l’arrivée, envoi de textos pour poser des questions restés sans réponse, il a fallu que je simule une demande de réservation pour avoir une personne au téléphone 4 jours après notre arrivée !!! L’agence en charge de la location n’est pas joignable hormis pour le paiement.

Maison l’Olivier

Maison spacieuse et agréable pouvant accueillir 10 personnes. Bémol : piscine non chauffée à notre arrivée, alors que l’annonce stipule 28 degrés…., chauffe eau mal réglé impliquant un manque d’eau chaude au moment des douches, ménage a approfondir sinon la maison va se détériorer. Il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit parfait. Il serait opportun de laisser à disposition des locataires à minima un balai et une pelle, il n’y avait aucun ustensile de ménage à notre disposition.
