Waterfront Cottage situated on historical estate. Cottage is all updated with full kitchen, central a/c and furnishings. Complete privacy on the Manokin River with access to private dock for boating and fishing. Cottage has 2 bedrooms (queen & 2 twins) and also sleeper sofa in parlor room. Great room has dining table and tv area. Only 10 minutes to Princess Anne and 50 minutes to Ocean City. Great fishing, crabbing and watersports right out the front door. Enjoy scenic views, wildlife and water activities right outside your door. Cottage has propane and charcoal grill. Kayaks (2) and crab traps available to use.
