Stone cottage, isolated in the heart of the vineyards, close to the river

Just renovated (2024), it is all exposed stone giving it a crazy charm .
Located in the middle of vineyards, and woods, it has been renovated in an outbuilding of an old wine estate, and is surrounded by crops of Aromatic and Medicinal Perfume Plants grown in organic farming to produce essential oils .
Isolated, the first neighbors are 4 KM away, the first shops 10 - 15 minutes by car, this cottage is intended for nature lovers, those who need calm and to recharge their batteries, sportsmen, walkers, yogis, mountain bikers... etc.
To do the shopping, eat at the restaurant and go to the summer markets you will have to go to Saint Chinian or cessenon sur orb, about ten kilometres away. Towns such as Beziers and Narbonne just over 30 minutes away, Montpellier and Spain just over an hour away.
The owners living on site will be sure to give you advice on the nearest swimming spots. The rivers of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park are nearby, and the village of ROQUEBRUN (nicknamed the Little Nice) less than 10 minutes away by car, offers kayaking, paddle boarding, pedal boat activities in summer, and you will find guinguettes and restaurants.
The Mediterranean beaches are 45 minutes away.
In Canet, the water comes from the well, it is precious and rare. We will ask you to take this into account.
The cottage for 5 PEOPLE is composed as follows
-A large living room Living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (tv, oven, microwave, hob, nespresso pod coffee maker)
-A bathroom (washing machine, hair dryer), towels are provided.
-Two bedrooms, new bedding, beds can be coupled in 160 or separated in 2x80. Beds are made on arrival
-A sofa making bed
-Possibility of providing a cot
-There is air conditioning

-Two outdoor terraces with furniture and deckchairs, in order to be in the shade and sheltered from the wind
-The charcoal barbecue dedicated to the cottage
- The meadow is accessible for ball games
-The telephone and internet network works well
- WIFI, good reception, even on the terraces
-A dog is allowed, but must cohabit with the animals of the estate (cats, chickens, bees), and not enter the rooms.
