The beautiful extensive detached property dates from the turn of the 19th century and has been completely renovated over the past 3 years. It is within the conservation area of the charming, vibrant village of Nissan Lez Enserune, one of Languedoc's oldest communes. The property has outstanding views of the three windmills from the first floor terrace, barbecue and entertaining area. The ground floor comprises entrance lobby, double/twin bedroom, adjacent shower room with WC and entry to garage space. Secure access to the garden patio and pool is through the garage and changing area. Additional access to the garage is via automated garage doors, with space for at least 2 cars. There is also off road parking for 3 cars in the gated driveway On the first floor, an additional lobby leads to the main living space that comprises a large salon with stone fireplace and dining area, modern fully fitted kitchen, laundry/utility room, separate WC, 2 further double/twin bedrooms and walk-in shower room. Outside on the first floor, accessed from the kitchen and salon, is an L shaped terrace with built-in barbecue, dining and patio furniture. In the garden, you can enjoy a beautiful private 8m x 4m swimming pool, sun loungers and shaded area under a large pergola and acacia tree. The partitioned changing area has a fridge for pool drinks, the pool pump room and a covered well that provides water for some of the property services.
