Charming house with large patio

Beautiful family home, created in an old winegrower's barn, in the heart of a village of character 4km from the sea. You can reach it in 15' by bike or in 5' by car. Leave your car in the car park, there is then a small train that takes you to the beach. The seaside benefits from 9 km of natural beaches. A stone's throw from the house, ponds, in the heart of a 78ha nature reserve, you can walk on the many paths on foot or by bike. 12km from our house, the city of Montpellier also allows you to enjoy the advantages of the city (bus stop 100m from the house if necessary). The house is close to all the amenities offered by the village (greengrocer, bakery, fishmonger, butcher, bars, restaurants...) and 2 weekly markets. Charm and tranquillity for a break with family or friends, between sea and ponds, vineyards and scrubland, nature and heritage.

Oase zum Erholen

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, Es liegt in einem kleinen Städtchen, indem man auch fußläufig, Brot Gemüse, Käse ... einkaufen kann. Zudem gibt es Restaurants, in denen man essen oder Kaffee trinken kann, Das ist aber gar nötig, wir haben die Plancha im Patio genutzt, weil wir uns dort so wohl gefühlt haben, Zum Meer muss sind wir mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad gefahren, es gibt von Juni bis September einen günstigen Fahrradverleih im Ort. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.
