Our cozy ground floor condo sleeps up to 4 and is just a few minutes' walk, via a dedicated sidewalk, to the no drive (no vehicle access) part of New Smyrna Beach. Across the street from one of 3 pools, shuffleboard, tennis & clubhouse. Short drive to Flagler Ave., restaurants, shopping & more.

The Sea Woods community offers 53-acres of old Florida style, including shaded walking and biking trails that are nestled among beautiful moss-covered trees.

Great location with quick access to Ocean and Pool

Wife and I celebrated our 20th Wedding Anniversary. We had never been to New Smyrna Beach and couldn't have picked a better location and place of stay to celebrate each other. The condo was perfect size for 2 (or even 4-5) if we had brought our kiddos. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook homemade meals. Condo had beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for the beach, which was only about a 3-4 minute walk. Pool is right around the corner from the condo. Owners were very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely come back.

Just what the Dr. ordered!

We had been coming to New Smyrna Beach for years to visit an aunt and uncle. After they sold their place, we've stayed several places at NSB and none filled our expectations. We found it this year!!! This condo was just what the doctored ordered. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you can imagine you need for your stay--plus it's quiet and CLEAN. Did I say CLEAN??!! The location is perfect with the pool right across from the condo and it's close to beach access on the no drive part of the beach. Wonderful attention to detail for their guests' comfort. We hope to be back soon!!!

After living for the majority of our lives in the midwest, we made the switch to Florida and have truly fallen in love with the beach town of New Smyrna!

Why they chose this property

The Sea Woods community is truly unique in that it has preserved the gorgeous native landscape of Florida literally right around you (versus a concrete high rise without any character). The location of the condo couldn’t be better - right across the street from one of the main pools AND the trail leading to the beach.

You are also close to all the local restaurants and shopping that New Smyrna beachside offers!

What makes this property unique

Guests have full access to all amenities of the Sea Woods community including 3 pools (1 is heated year round), fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, walking trails, and clubhouse.
