At the gates of Mandelieu-la-Napoule and Saint-Raphaël, this inviting villa benefits from a sun-drenched location. From here, you have a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside as far as the bay of Cannes.



The interior is well maintained and you can expect a cosy lounge and bar, a swimming pool and several terraces on each level. There are five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, and there are two tennis courts on the property. Due to the hillside location, the property can be reached via a few steps.



You are just outside Les Adrets-de-l'Esterel. This small village in the Esterel mountains is not far from Cannes (21 km) and Mandelieu-la-Napoule (15 km), and the beaches of Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Raphaël (20 km) are also not far away. You rarely hear the echo of the traffic on the motorway 3 km away. The landlord occasionally apartments in a completely independent apartment on the property without a view of the pool or your garden. The garden behind the house is private, but the entire space in front of the house is completely reserved for you. Two parking spaces are at your disposal.



Note: The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, please refrain from playing loud music.
