2 Bed 2 Bath Spacious Apartment Downtown Cedar Rapids

2 bedroom , 2 bath unit in the middle of downtown Cedar Rapids close to bars, restaurants, Paramount Theatre and Alliant Energy Powerhouse. Each bedroom and bath on opposite ends of unit perfect for working pairs, couples or families staying in town. Living room, kitchen and dining area in the middle. Spacious living room with smart TV and stocked kitchen with everything needed for basic cooking. Linens and free wifi included.

Street parking is free and plentiful outside of 9 to 5 Monday thru Friday working hours where it is metered at $0.90/hour. Covered ramp space available a block away for a fee if needed.

30 day minimum booking required. Feel free to inquire if shorter arrangements needed and I will check alternate options closeby.

Very comfortable, very clean & safe.

The property was better than the photos. The bedding was cozy, the well stocked kitchen was nice. The location was ideal-just a short drive or walk to many restaurants. I felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone needing a clean and peaceful stay. I felt right at home.

So much more than expected!

I had guests in from Florida, originally from Peru. They loved their stay in the cute downtown apartment. It is easy to get around downtown and see the sites and find somewhere to eat. Mark was amazing with communication before and during the stay! Thanks for being great Mark!

July Get Away

I can't really leave a review for this property. But I can leave a review for the property owner. Due to some plumbing issues at this location during our timeframe, the owner contacted us right away. We were able to work out a switch in locations. He had another property available and we stayed at that other property. That location was perfect. Completely as advertised on vrbo. Clean and near the Czech Village. Easy walking distance to good restaurants, brewery and shops. The owner was very easy to contact and was incredibly helpful. I would chose any of the properties hosted by Mr. DeMeulenaere for future stays.

Nice Unit in Great Downtown CR Location

The line of communication with our host Mark was outstanding. He was very accommodating and ensured we had a smooth check-in and departure. The unit was described and depicted accurately. Two BR and baths on either side of the kitchen and living room area provides a nice buffer for two couples. We look forward to a return. The location is GREAT! As a born and raised Cedar Rapidian, I never had reason to stay dowtown. Lots of restaurants, shops and Newbo nearby. And, with family and friends on both the west and east sides, this is a GREAT location.
