This beautiful 4BR/3.5 BA Breckenridge home is the ultimate location for outdoor enthusiasts all year round. The property is located on hole two of the Breckenridge Golf Club. Also known as The Gold Run Nordic Center with impeccably groomed classic and akate cross-country ski trails.

World class skiing is just minutes away. Breckenridge has 5 peaks to choose from on the 10 mile range. Parking is easy and the Gondola is a free ride to the base of peaks 7 and 8. Keystone is another great mountain to ski and just under 20 minutes away, a perfect day trip.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

Vaulted ceilings soar above a grand open living space with mountain lodge decor, wood floors, and distressed timber beams.

In the main sitting area, a plush chair and a half with ottoman. and large leather sectional gathered around a stone fireplace and 70" flat-screen TV.

There is seating for 10 around the dining table.

Great for entertaining, the gourmet kitchen offers a three-seat breakfast bar, and a range of upscale appliances including a gas stove, French-door fridge, Nespresso Machine (provide your own coffee pods) and drip coffee maker. You can also make dinner on the private patio with a gas grill.

Located on the second floor, the spacious master bedroom boasts a king bed, 65" flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom adds to the luxurious spa-like experience with a double-sink vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.

The remaining bedrooms are located on the entry level - One room is an en-suite bath with tub/shower combination and a 43" flat screen TV. Other two rooms share a bath with tub/shower combo. One room has 2-queen beds with a 50" flat screen TV. And 4th bedroom has 2-twin beds that can be moved around to make a King sized bed. This room also has a 50" flat screen TV.

In addition, the house features a guest bath on the upstairs level, washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Guests have parking space for 4 cars. Two cars can fit in the garage.

LOCATION

A 2-minute walk away, the family-friendly Nordic Center offers 1,400 acres of immaculately groomed snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails. Downhill skiers can drive 12 minutes to reach the slopes of Breckenridge Ski Resort - one of the region's premier mountain resorts.

For a more leisurely way to fill your time, enjoy strolls along historic Main Street, a 7-minute drive away. Walk among 100-year old buildings, quaint shops, boutiques, and bookstores, then check out the fabulous local dining scene.

Arriving in the fall? Explore the trails around Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve, a 12-minute drive. Amid this mountainous landscape, keep an eye out for wild bears, coyotes, moose and bald eagles.

“Exactly what a family ski trip should look like.” This cabin checked every box for our group. Four comfortable bedrooms with plenty of space to spread out, a well-equipped kitchen, and a living area that became the natural gathering spot after long days on the mountain. Everything you’d need was already there — no scrambling for extra blankets or hunting for a corkscrew.The two-car garage was a real bonus. Both vehicles fit easily, and with plenty of ski storage, we weren’t dragging wet gear through the house at the end of the day. Boots, poles, helmets — everything had a place. It sounds like a small thing, but it made the mornings noticeably smoother.This place was in great shape, and coming back to a warm, comfortable cabin after a full day of skiing made the whole trip. The hosts clearly thought through the practical details, and it showed. We’d definitely stay here again.

The cabin is fantastic. Nice quiet area on the golf course but yet still close to the cute town. Inside the cabin the beds are comfortable, the family areas are nice and big with great siting areas. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Great place and friendly helpful owners. Unfortunately not as wheelchair accessible as we hoped it would be. Bedrooms on entry level but living area was up a flight of stairs. If not visiting with someone in a chair we would definitely come back.

A Wonderful Stay

View of the golf course. Walking available back into the neighborhoods, the golf course nearby, and good weather during our stay. The EV charger came in useful. Bedrooms are nice. The upstairs great room is large and provides a restful retreat for meals and gathering. Overall good time in Breck!

Really amazing stay in Breckenridge

We stayed in Breckenridge for the first week of the new year and had a great stay in this wonderful house! It was perfect for two families with kids. Super clean, well-appointed, updated kitchen and great location. We drove to the mountain each day for skiing and enjoyed hanging out / relaxing in the house on off days.

Christmas in Breck 2021

House was incredible! Great location not to far from downtown Breckenridge, along with other areas like Keystone, Vail, Frisco, etc. Super easy to get to all of them. We took a family of 10 and the house had plenty of room to accommodate all of us comfortably. Heated garage that you can simply pull your car right up into no problem. Superb amenities throughout the house. We hav eno complaints and would absolutely rent from them again if we were to return to Breckenridge.

Perfect LOCATION. LOVELY Home.

Lesley was so gracious. She welcomed my family of seven and two dogs. The house was the perfect location and a lovely place to stay after our daughter's wedding. We rested in the great room beside the fireplace our first night, slept well in the VERY comfortable beds, and packed up our ski gear for an easy drive to Peak 8. Breck all day and Frisco for dinner. We also celebrated our Colorado Christmas and it will likely become our tradition. Trails for nordic skiing and a trailhead in the neighborhood for walking our dogs, hiking, and snowshoeing. Quiet. Glorious views.
