Near Place de la République and the St. Martin Canal

The place was quiet and spotlessly clean, with oak floors for character.The apartment location was perfect. A lille side street near a street lined with independently-owned shops and cafes and restaurants with sidewalk patios.The surrounding district included the Place de la Republique, a central square with a subway stop where several lines intersected. The neighbourhood contained countless shops, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, etc. as well as a municipal park (with a nearly police station). To the south were a number of museums. To the north was the Canal St. Martin, a great place for runners or just a long wall.I would warmly recommend Gaia's place.

Beautifully furnished apartment in a perfect location

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Appartment liegt in ruhiger Lage in einem zentralen und jungen Viertel. Die kleine, gemütliche Küche ist super ausgestattet, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer mit Bildern und Pflanzen geschmückt. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Diese Wohnung ist ein echter Glücksgriff! DANKE L'appartement, aménagé avec soin, est situé au calme dans un quartier central et jeune. La petite cuisine confortable est super équipée, le salon et la chambre sont décorés de tableaux et de plantes. La propriétaire est super sympa et serviable. Cet appartement est un vrai coup de chance ! MERCI The lovingly furnished apartment is in a quiet location in a central and young neighbourhood. The small, cosy kitchen is superbly equipped, and the living room and bedroom are decorated with pictures and plants. The host is super nice and helpful. This flat is a real stroke of luck! THANKS
