Located in the Lot and very close to the Dordogne, you will enjoy walking and having fun between its two departments. Ideally located in a quiet place while being close to the shops. Close to the gite you will find the lake of CAZALS where fishing and swimming will be the order of the day, without forgetting the children's games! This restored house has a large park of 3 000 m2. Here you will appreciate the chimney of the living room and its veranda with sight on the raised park!On the ground floor: Entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, living room, veranda with garden furniture, bathroom, independent toilet. First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140, 1 bed 160, 2 beds 90), Shower room, separate toilet. Possibility of renting for 8 persons, not closed ground, covered shelters, garden furniture, barbecue...
