Beautiful studio apartment

This is a beautiful first floor studio apartment with views of First Beach (Easton's), the Big Pond, and the pool and garden. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private balcony overlooking the garden and pool. It has a carrera marble bathroom and shower with body sprays and small kitchenette. Private off street parking and a keyless security lock are provided. The unit has free wifi, 55 inch television, Bose clock radio, linens and towels, and cleaning every other week. The friendly owners are native Newporters and live on the property to assist you with whatever you may need. Due to zoning requirements there is a minimum 30 day stay for $3000.00 a month.
