Newly renovated with an open concept kitchen and living space makes this the perfect spot for entertaining and gathering.
This is a dog friendly, first floor, two bedroom unit which includes a modern bathroom, updated and fully stocked kitchen, a cozy breakfast nook and washer & dryer.
One bedroom boasts a queen size bed, the second, two twin beds and there is also a pullout couch in the living room.
Located on the first floor, there is direct access to a shared charming brick patio.
While we want our guests to enjoy their privacy, we are also readily available for anything you might need, from extra towels to dinner recommendations. Just send us a message or give us a call.

Located in the more locally populated Broadway neighborhood, this pet friendly building is just a seven minute walk to Newport’s waterfront, although the neighborhood itself is home to many restaurants and coffee shops.
Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will receive an email the morning of their arrival with the instructions, codes to the doors and Wifi. Super easy!
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of our guests.
Parking is on street parking. There are no meters and no residential parking sticker requirements which makes it easy to find spots.
Ultra-walkable downtown Newport RI—no car needed! Broadway hotspots, restaurants, shops, wharfs, and attractions are 2-5 minutes on foot. Street parking (parking lot is possible on request). Uber/Lyft/taxis everywhere; bike rentals close for easy rides. RIPTA buses nearby for bigger outings; trolley tours for chill exploring. Nearest Amtrak in Kingston, RI (~20 min drive); T.F. Green Airport (PVD) ~30-40 min. You're primed for beaches, mansions, events—total freedom to enjoy!
Dr. Marcus is a three unit building consisting of two bedroom apartment style units with one unit located per floor. Recently “freshened up,” each space is bright and clean with open concept floor plans; each comes equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, newly installed mini splits and access to a shared outdoor brick patio space.

We loved our stay here! Everything was new and clean. The best part was the location - we walked to almost everything we did. Would definitely stay here again!
Cozy place close to everything in Newport! Plenty of parking in front and great accommodations.
P.S. try Nitro Coffee and The Parlor; great food and just down the block.
We very much enjoyed our stay here – it's the ideal location if you're visiting Newport. Very walkable to everything (and the Nitro Bar a stone's throw away is incredibly convenient), but you don't have the noise from foot traffic outside the unit. Easy to get to, easy to park at, and exactly as advertised in the post. Would definitely stay here again.

Winter weekend in Newport
The property was very nice, very clean, and a great spot not too far from downtown Newport. On street parking was easy to find. Would definitely rent again.

Very conveniently located apartment - perfect for a family
Fabulous apartment, the photos online are a perfect representation. Very conveniently located in Newport. Updated and clean. The only issue that we had was that the apartment was warm (in November). We had some challenges with the Smart thermostat and ended up opening windows to cool it down. Highly, highly recommend!

This property was very clean and just what we needed after three days of camping! The location was within walking distance to everything downtown Newport. There was plenty of street parking available even in the middle of summer.
A group of 35 year old women stayed for 2 nights and we had the best time! It's a close walk to Thames street, a few buildings over from Nitro coffee, and not far from the highway. The set up was perfect with two bedrooms, a really big kitchen with plenty of seating, an amazing shower, and everything was super clean!
We loved our trip to Newport! The house was very clean and bigger than I expected. Enjoyed the Cliff Walk, mansion tours and local restaurants. Thank you!

Really great place
Great set up, very clean. Bedroom beds were comfy, sofa bed.... well, was a sofa bed. Cute kitchen, great location. Dog friendly, first floor was great for our senior dog (and his 90 yr old granny) Blinds and curtains by front door keep you private from people walking to the coffee shop. We enjoyed it!
Nice apartment in lower broadway area. Very clean and well appointed. Location allowed for easy access to Thames and other areas of interest.
Would definitely look to return.
The apartment itself is great, it's pretty new and everything is organized well for a pleasant stay. There were some issues with non-responsiveness from the host and you can hear a bit too much from the apartment upstairs but nonetheless, a wonderful place to stay and a great location.
Great property, suited our family of 5 well, taking advantage of the pull-out sofa. Exactly as described, all newly renovated and beautifully done. Nice touches with our favorite high-end toiletries and everything that we needed. We loved being off Broadway, lending itself to the ease of walking to so many great nearby restaurants and into town. We’ve been coming to Newport for 30-years and will definitely be back to stay here.

We loved staying at this new, clean, and beautifully decorated place. It was well equipped with all we needed. There was 4 of us and lots of space to relax. The location was perfect for walking to all the popular spots. Communications with property manager was super easy and quick using the VRBO app.
We were there in off-season. So parking and reservations were not an issue at all.
Recommendations were provided which was extremely helpful.
We loved The Corner Cafe right around the corner.
We loved The Black Pearl for dinner.
The Ocean drive at sunset was just amazing.
Brick Alley Pub was great for our arrival lunch. Lots of fun decor.
