Located right next to Washington Square, you are walking distance to everywhere in Newport. Downtown, Broadway, ocean views are all just a quick walk away!!
Parking: There are 2 parking spots for the 5 units that are first come first served basis. There is street parking available but 2 hr parking from 8am - 6pm. There is also a parking lot on Mary St just around the corner.

Newport RI Getaway

The house was located in the old historic section of downtown Newport RI, walking distance to everything. It was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

PERFECT!

The apartment was fantastic! Check in and communication with the property manager was easy and quick. Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. Will stay here again!
