Riding distance to back 40 trail. Large home with 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths. Large deck on upper with Pellet Grill and a larger deck on lower level with hot tub. Games to keep everyone busy such as corn hole, toss rings. Garage is game room with darts, pool table shuffleboard, ring toss and large TV. Google home throughout home.
**Bicycles and inflatable kayaks for rent. (requires liability waiver for rentals) Contact through messaging if you are interested.

Whether you want to have adventure or chill this home is set perfectly up for both. Several things to keep you busy while visiting or chill in quiet space for relaxation.
Master King bed, Bedroom 2 King Bed, Bedroom 3 Queen bed, Bedroom 4 two queen bunk beds. House sleeps 14.
** Fire pit available to use for deck. $15.00 Fee required for propane. Send message if you plan to use and management will see to it that you have propane available. Thanks

You will receive check in instructions as well as the door code day of check in approximately 12 hours before. At this time, we aren't able to guarantee any early check ins, or late check outs. If you would like an early check-in or late check out, please let us know and we will try to accommodate if possible.
