Paradise on Water

The location was amazing. The house was clean and stocked with all the needs for family living. Enjoyed the property so much we rarely left the pool area. The outdoor space was gorgeous and huge to accommodate our entire family. It was our first family vacation and the property made it a success.Will definitely stay here again

Incredible Views + A Beautiful Villa = 5 Stars

The villa is beautiful, spotless, and well equipped (kitchen, pool towels, beach chairs, etc.). The villa was sparkling clean when we checked in. The furniture, the floors, the kitchen, the bathrooms and the outdoor area. The expansive river view is spectacular- we saw dolphins and manatees just feet from our dock! We had a hard time accomplishing anything because we just wanted to hang out in the pool and watch tv on the lanai. The rental experience with intervillas was perfect and the property managers were great. 5 stars isn’t enough!

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful and the location was perfect. Although we were told the cold weather prevented the pool from heating up, the same was said about the hot tub. Beware that hot tub at this house will not go over 90 degrees if nights are too cold. Manager discounted part of electrical fees but with the cold weather experienced, it was disappointing to not have a properly working hot tub for the 3 weeks we rented this property.

WOW Factor at Villa Hemingway By The Beach. All 4 bedrooms are master suites(3 with great views). The 1/2 bath off the pool was convenient. The garage access for the vehicle kept it cool. The pool heat and the water view while in the pool makes the property stand out. We are familiar with elite vacation homes and we are aware of starting the dishwasher, and washing bath and beach towels so that the housekeeper just has the mornings worth of bath towels and bed linen. It is just part of being a responsible guest.There is everything in the home that you need for kitchen and prep, dishwasher/laundry detergents, dishsoap, toilet paper, paper towels, closet hangers. All the furnishings are pristine. All the TV's and showers are very large. There were many nice beach chairs in the garage and nice tubs in 2 of the larger bathrooms that we didn't use. We enjoyed morning coffee on the dock. There is nothing but the food needed. Great location and neighborhood. Had a wonderful time.
