This is a wonderful home with everything you need during your stay! Centralized with easy access to everywhere you are looking to go. Nice large back patio and hot tub to relax after a long day! Would highly recommend this place!

I can’t say enough about this house. It had everything we needed plus so many extra little touches like bug spray, sunscreen, coffee and creamers. Location perfect for Sedona, Cottonwood and the wine trail. Hot tub a super plus for after hikes and stargazing. Our hosts were very helpful and attentive. Would recommend and definitely stay here again!

This is my second time at The Tipsy Moon and it’s amazing! The house is perfect for us to hang out in and in a great location for wine tasting. It’s my go to place to stay when I come up here!

This is a great house in a prime location. The house was very clean, the tub was great for stargazing, everything was very comfortable, and the owner was very communicative. I would highly recommend this rental! Thanks for a great vacation!

What a wonderful place to stay for a week! Alisha was always quick to respond to any inquiry. The house was spotless. We especially enjoyed the back yard, and used it extensively - hot tub, fire table, TV, and a table for puzzles and games! As good or better any place we've stayed.

Really enjoyed staying in Cottonwood as a base for exploring the Verde Valley. The property had everything we needed and the hot tub was great after a day hiking. We appreciated the bedding and the comfort of the home.

Comfy beds

Everything was great and the beds were so comfortable. I don’t sleep great so it was a huge plus. We had everything we needed and they even left us snacks. We will definitely stay here again.
