Book your next trip to stay in this charming, ground-level home in the Old Town area of Port A with a newly built private pool and hot tub. It is just 0.2 miles to restaurants, shops, and nightlife and 0.6 miles to the beach. Arrive through the side gate from the driveway to the backyard area, to be welcomed by a new pool and hot tub, a great space for cooking up the day's catch on the gas grill, snacking at the picnic table, sitting by a fire in the chiminea, or taking in our beautiful sunrises while sitting with your morning coffee in hand. Enter the house into the galley-style kitchen where a cook will feel at ease with stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, a pantry, a Duo Keurig pod/drip coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy the freshly prepared meals at the dining table with seating for six. The overstuffed couch and accent chair are perfect for lounging on while watching movies on the wall-mounted TV with cable. The owner has kindly left board games on the coffee table to use as well. The hallway holds all three bedrooms for sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, luggage rack, closet, nightstands, and a wall-mounted TV. This room is also accessible by the kitchen area. The middle bedroom (BR2) is equipped with a Full-size bed, closet, wall-mounted TV, a chair for reading a book, and floor space to stretch out and play. The third bedroom (BR3) is made up of a Queen bed, luggage rack, closet and wall-mounted TV. All rooms share a bathroom with a pedestal sink and tiled tub/shower. For your convenience, there is a laundry area off of the deck with a full-size washer and dryer. The large concrete driveway offers room for four vehicles, or two vehicles and boat parking. Home away from home

We completely enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect (only 1 bathroom, but we made due), nice and clean and exactly what we needed. The yard was fenced for the dogs and the pool was amazing! We will definitely stay here again!

Great location

The property was nice for the most part. We really liked the convenient location. The pool was nice for cooling off in the evenings. The house was clean when we arrived. However, there was a concerning “soft spot” in the kitchen floor. It is an actual hole in the subfloor that is just covered by the linoleum. The floor needs repair in several places.

Perfect house for family vacation...we will stay here again!

Property was perfect for a family vacation. Location was down the street from all the restaurants and 2 minute drive from the beach! Pool was perfect for cooling off had the perfect outdoor shower to rinse off sand.

Great visit to Port A. The property was perfect for my family. The kids loved the pool, the home was fully stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and not far at all from the beach.

Great location, we had fun

We had a great trip and enjoyed our stay in this property. Great location, and the pool was a nice amenity. We rented a golf cart (highly recommended), so the beach, restaurants, etc. were just a few minutes away. Check in and check out were a breeze. When we had questions about heating the hot tub, they sent a helpful representative over quickly. This is an older home, but it was very clean and nicely decorated. There are a couple of soft spots in the kitchen floor that probably need some attention at some point, but it didn't detract from our enjoyment. We'll be returning to Port A this summer and will likely stay here again.
