Already from the salon and the small balcony next to it you can enjoy beautiful sea and countryside views . A staircase within the apartment leads to the private , 100 square meters , furnished roof terrace, from which one has a magnificent view over the countryside to El Palmar and the sea. Also the the location near to the beach and centre of Conil makes it perfect for a great vacation.

Great apartment in a wonderful location

We have just got back from staying at Apt Julia and are all missing it already. Conil is a fantastic place (if not a bit hilly!!), there are so many restaurants and shops to visit. The town was busy every night but it felt very friendly and safe. Very family friendly. The beach is gorgeous, we took the advice of another reviewer and headed to the left-side of the bridge which was slightly quieter. The apartment was perfect for us, a family of four and one grandparent. The roof terrace is a wonderful space, although tricky to eat on when it's windy. There were beach chairs available for us to use at the pool and beach which was great. The parasols were a bit past their best so we bought a new one and left it there at the end of our holiday. You definitely need an umbrella if you plan on a day at the beach, there is no shade. Visit the local vineyard if you get a chance, the wine is very good and very reasonably priced. It's only a 10 min drive from the apartment. The little extras of underground parking, the pool, and the roof terrace all made the apartment a very easy place to be. Thoroughly recommend.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren für 12 Tage im Apartment Julia und der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick sowohl vom Balkon als auch von der sensationellen Dachterrasse. Wir werden auf jeden Fall hier wieder buchen, wenn wir in Conil sind.

Bonita casa pero mala fe en la gestión

El piso está bien, bien ubicado, equipado y con una buena terraza. La piscina comunitaria genial. Eso si, al llegar las camas estaban sin hacer y uno de los colchones estaba en pésimo estado, además de algún que otro detalle sin importancia. El problema ha sido que la empresa que lo gestiona se ha querido quedar con la fianza por desperfectos que no hemos realizado, despues de explicarles una y otra vez que estaban asi a nuestra llegada. Muy mala fe y pésima gestión. Si vais a alquilar la casa, aseguraros de que no haya nada roto o de lo contrario os lo cobraran, así renuevan la casa cada verano. una verguenza y una pesima gestion.

Es war alles sehr gut. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Matratzen und die Kopfkissen könnten erneuert bzw. der Größe der Kopfkissenbezüge angepasst werden.

El apartamento esta genial. La terraza es tal cual se ve en las fotos. En nuestro caso la luz de la terraza estaba fundida pero nos apañamos para disfrutar igualmente de ella. Esta ubicado en zona tranquila pero muy cerca del centro del pueblo. Casa muy recomendable para 5 o 6 personas.

Das Apartment Juli war schnell zu finden. Die Ausstellung ist gut und man findet in der Küche alles was man braucht. Toll ist die große Dachterrasse mit dem Blick zum Meer. Die Altstadt von Conil ist fußläufige zu erreichen. Uns hat es gut gefallen

Die Wohnung entspric...

Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern. Wir waren mit zwei Paaren für 12 Tage in Conil. Tolle Dachterasse zum Frühstücken, Sonnen, Wäsche trocknen und Abends auf ein Glas Wein....... und natürlich ein toller Blick. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Garage haben wir nicht benutzt, da ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten Ende September. Schlüsselübergabe sowie Betreuung hat super geklappt. Zentrum ist entspannt fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Das Apartment Julia in Conil ist eine wunderbare Wohnung in einer sehr schönen Anlage. Bis zum Zentrum von Conil sind es nur wenige Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe, der Strand isst schnell zu erreichen und alle Ausflüge in die Umgebung sind von diesem Standort optimal zu erreichen.

Sehr komfortable Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir waren nun schon das siebte Mal in Conil, davon dreimal im Apt. Julia. Wir fühlen uns in der sehr gepflegten Wohnung mit seiner tollen Dachterasse immer wieder wohl. In diesem Jahr war die Küche umgebaut, so dass Platz für einen Geschirrspüler und einen größeren Kühlschrank war, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Der Weg in das Zentrum und zum Strand dauert ca. 15 Minuten. Man kann dort sehr gut und günstig Essen gehen. Supermärkte sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.

Schöne Wohnung

Die sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung ist auch für einen Aufenthalt im Dezember/Januar geeignet. Allerdings muss man mit der Klimaanlage heizen, was aber gut funktioniert. Die Dachterrasse kann auch zu dieser Jahreszeit bei Sonnenschein gut genutzt bzw. genossen werden. Alles funktioniert und die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben. Auch die Küche verfügt über alle notwendigen Utensilien, einschließlich einige Gewürze. Tipps: Der Code für das WLAN befindet sich auf der Rückseite des WLAN-Routers. Die Angaben in den ausliegenden Informationen stimmen nicht. Nach Anruf erwartet die Vermieterin die Gäste in der Calle Trebujena, also in der unteren Straße, weil dort die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage liegt. Zu dieser Jahreszeit ist es in der Ecke Conils sehr still und fast einsam. Wir haben es genossen.

Urlaub in Conil

Die Wohnung ist so, wie sie beschrieben ist, sie hält was das Internet verspricht!! Der Empfang von Angela war sehr entspannt und herzlich obwohl wir nicht spanisch sprechen. Mit Händen und etwas Humor hat auch das geklappt. Das Klima im Oktober war für uns optimal - nicht zu warm, sodass wir fast nur die Zeit mit Strandwanderungen verbracht und kaum die Städte besucht haben, die wir kennenlernen wollten. Wir müsse also wiederkommen.... :o) Es ist auch super, dass zur Wohnung ein Pkw-Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage gehört, ein Aufzug wäre schön......

Tolle Dachterrasse!

Wir haben dieses Jahr erneut eine Woche in Conil verbracht und haben die Zeit im Apartment Julia sehr genossen. Für uns und unsere jugendlichen Kinder waren die 3 Schlafzimmer und die 2 Bäder perfekt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die große Dachterrasse mit der schönen Sitzecke, den Liegen und dem gemauerten Grill. Auch den Pool konnte man im Oktober noch gut nutzen; wir hatten ihn häufig ganz für uns alleine.

30.06.-14.07.18, waren hier zu dritt, schöne geräumige Wohnung, gute Ausstattung, am Ortsrand ruhig gelegen, Supermärkte zu Fuss zu erreichen auch die Altstadt und der Strand (ca.15 -20 min.), schöner Blick von der großen Dachterrasse zu Meer und ins Landesinnere, wenn Conil dann wieder diese Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung mit Dachterasse

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel - die Dachterasse mit Blick bis zum Meer und zum Leuchtturm von Trafalgar ist genauso groß. Zu Fuss ist man in wenigen Minuten im Herzen von Conil und auch die großen Supermercados sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Tipp: Die Bodega Sancha Perez (direkt hinter der Brücke links ab von der Straße Richtung El Palmar) besuchen - eine schöne Führung durch den Biobetrieb, der Olivenöl und Wein produziert.

Schöne moderne Ferienwohnung mit großer Dachterrasse und Blick auf das Meer

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit moderner, funktionaler Einrichtung und gut ausgestatteter Küche (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc.). Küche und Wohnzimmer (mit Fernseher und DVD-Player) gehen ineinander über und sind klimatisiert. Auch das Hauptschlafzimmer ist klimatisiert. Für die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer gibt es ein mobiles Klimagerät, das wir nicht ausprobiert haben, sowie Ventilatoren. Zwei Badezimmer, eines mit Badewanne, das andere mit Dusche. Highlight ist die große Dachterrasse mit drei Liegen, einem Tisch sowie einer "Lounge" und einem Grillkamin. Wir hatten das Glück, dass während unseres Aufenthalts die benachbarten Dachgeschosswohnungen offenbar nicht genutzt wurden, so dass wir auf "unserer" Terrasse völlig ungestört waren. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer kleineren, sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage, zu der eine (ausreichend groß dimensionierte) Tiefgarage sowie ein sehr schöner Pool gehört, der nur den Bewohnern zur Verfügung steht. Wir haben uns dort nach dem Strandbesuch aufgehalten und es nie voll gefunden. Zum riesigen Sandstrand läuft man wenige Minuten am Fluss entlang. Auf dem links des Flusses gelegenen Teil des Strandes geht es sehr ruhig zu; der rechte Strandteil ist dagegen sehr belebt (aber - jedenfalls Anfang September - auch nicht überfüllt). Es gibt eine Reihe von Restaurants direkt am Strand; man ist von dort aber auch schnell im Zentrum vom Conil. Conil selbst ist ziemlich quirlig (wovon man allerdings in der etwas abseits des Zentrums gelegenen Wohnung überhaupt nichts mitbekommt; Fußweg 15 Minuten). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls ausreichend vorhanden.
