Florida Living at its best! The largest floorplan available in the Conquistador's This unit has an open and spacious feel with the living, dining and kitchen all flowing nicely together. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space as well as a large island and breakfast bar. The master bedroom is spacious and has an attached bath with large walk in closet and separate dressing area. The guest bedroom is ample sized and located close to the main bath for convenience. The Conquistador amenities include 3 pools (one heated) , fishing pier, community center clubhouse, tennis and pickle ball courts and walking trails. This complex is ideally located just minutes from the beaches and historic St. Augustine.

Lovely unit

Very clean, newly painted. Kitchen could use an update. Pans were not in good shape. But plenty of glassware, cookware and dishes. New refrigerator and dishwasher. Mattress was comfy and place was decorated nicely. Heated pool right outside the unit.
