Disappointing and dirty

We stayed here on our honeymoon - our first time in Corsica so we were very excited. The location is quite nice if you want to relax with easy access to tranquil private beach. However, the property was dirty, in particular bed sheets and bath towel had what looked to be blood on it - we advised our host and this was not acknowledged, not to mention the front door was very stiff and the shower door felt like it was going to fall off.

Très mauvais accueil, le logement qui devait être disponible a 16h ne l'a été qu'a 17h30 quand je leurs ai demandé si c'était une blague on m'a répondu que si je n'étais pas contente elle allait me rembourser et je n'avais qu'a chercher un logement ailleurs...La chambre donne sur la route avec une circulation dense pour aller sur le cap CorseLogement propre , terasse un peu moinsLes équipements laisse a desirer( faible quantités , pas un bol pour le petit déjeuner, les couverts en vrac dans un tiroir...)Dans la salle de bain il n'y a pas d'applique juste un fil avec une ampoule..La vue est magnifique sur la merLogement onéreux ..business is business

Merci pour votre appréciation. Concernant votre arrivée, je pense qu'il s'agit d'un quiproquo. La plage d'arrivée est comprise en 16h et 19h, car il se peut que la personne en charge ne soit pas disponible dès 16h. C'est pour cela que nos messages préalables conseillent de prendre RDV avant le jour de l'arrivée. Concernant les équipements manquants, nous aurions pu vous les amener sur votre demande.
