The house and location was wonderful. It was very comfortable. The closet space was restricted by owners things. The pantry had food and filth in it. No extra trash bags. The railing on porch does need some attention. Overall we enjoyed it.

Perfect Getaway

The cabin was exactly what we needed for our weekend stay for a family wedding. We had 9 people stay and the bedroom layout and 3 full bathrooms accommodated everyone perfectly! Tamara was super quick to answer any questions we had before arriving. I would recommend this place to anybody!

The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces perfect for our family that traveled from out of town for my son’s wedding! Location was great! Host very easy to communicate with before and during our stay! Everything was just as described!

Mountain cabin

This cabin is a little dated but still very cozy and comfortable. The location is quiet and peaceful and convenient to shopping areas. The property host is quick to respond to any needs or concerns you may have.

Cabin in Lenoir

This is a good place to stay in a convenient location. The house is nice with plenty of room, although there are some areas with squeaky floors and the view (mountains) is not spectacular. We would certainly stay there again!

2025 New Years

We spent 5 nights 6 days that included New Year's Eve and Day at this cabin with our family of 12. The cabin fit our family perfectly. We visited Asheville, Grandfather Mountain, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk and Downtown Boone on this trip. All within driving distances from this location. I would highly recommend this cabin.

Lovely views and plenty of space for people. They do not provide bathroom items like shampoo and soap. The owner was excellent with communication.

New Favorite Mountain Cabin!

This place is perfect! Everything you need and nothing you don't. The deck was gorgeous and the view was spectacular! Right off the main road, very easy to find with the owner's directions.

Girls weekend

We couldn't have been more happy staying in this home! All four of us had our own room. The holiday decorations added an extra warmth and coziness. Many new memories were made here! We highly recommend this beautiful home snuggled in the hills of North Carolina!

Family Christmas stay

We absolutely loved this property! It was quiet, close to family, and perfect for our needs. Every Christmas my family and I rent a "Christmas house" so that we can spend time together during the holidays and not have to run all over the Carolinas to see one another. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and the house had basically everything we needed. The owners even took the time to decorate it for the holidays, which just made the stay even more special. The owner was lovely and responded quickly when we had questions about turning on the upstairs gas fireplace. We hope to stay here over the holidays again!

Better than expected

We were looking for a large place that would keep everyone comfortable without breaking the bank. This place is beautiful and well decorated. The bathrooms are all renovated and it looked really clean. The porch sofa needs new seats, but it is not a deal breaker. The fireplace didn’t work right for us, but we did well without it. It was a little too dry for us, so a humidifier in the basement would be a great addition. The kids had fun with the games. Lastly, property has great privacy, but the road to get to the house is a little weird because it goes by some unkempt backyards. Keep driving, the house is past those houses and it very well kept. I recommend.

We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin in Lenoir. Our host Tamara was so responsive to any concerns we had. Our coffeemaker wasn’t working our first morning and Tamara had one delivered within an hour before our family even woke up. Amazing! The rooms are opened with lots of light and comfy furniture. The outdoor space is wonderful with privacy and beautiful views. Great for family gatherings.Loved the fire pit. We will definitely be booking again soon. This location is so close to Blowing Rock and the town of Lenoir.Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful cabin.

The Longwood Cabin was a perfect fit for our team as we were in town for a job. Host was wonderful to work with, responded quick and was extremely helpful with extending our stay multiple times. Cabin was exactly as described with a perfect location and very clean.

This place is perfect for a family getaway… my only complaint is the accuracy of the location in line. I got this place for my children who were coming out of town for my mom’s funeral. The location on VRBO showed the location in town… it’s about 10 miles awayBUT IT IS WELL WORTH THE 15 minute driveI hope to rent it again
