About this property

Spacious 2BR/2BA in the country with lots of outdoor space - pets welcome

The 2 bedroom 2 bath home is ready to accommodate 4 (5 with air mattress). Our "Little House" is fully furnished with all the amenities of home. During your stay, you are encouraged to enjoy the 10 acre property. We have lots of wood for a bonfire, or maybe just a s'mores fire. The creek has an area about 3 feet deep for floating and keeping cool. Picnic tables and a few fire pits make this area great for grilling and hanging out. And we may have campers in the area as well. Pets are welcome as we have some of our own. And Rusty Cooper (the outside dog) will be at the "Big House". Although a bit timid and shy, he loves to visit guests.
The Little House at EVOO has everything you will need for your stay. Toiletries, linens, and kitchen basics are stocked. If you need something in advance, we will be happy to accommodate. We want you to feel comfortable and relax during your stay with us at EVOO.
