Loved how close this way to every restaurant and shop we went to on Main St. it was walking distance from everything and the house was soo nice and cozy. My friends and I all loved it and really enjoyed the uniqueness of the house. Would stay here again

The Hummingbird Haus was a delight! Very close to Main St., making it extremely easy to walk and access the shops nearby. The rooms were spacious and accommodated a big group! The host, Melissa, was professional and easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful stay in this authentic 1770 cabin just off Main Street in Fredericksburg. The cabin was charming, very clean, and had everything we needed. Melissa was great to work with—communication was prompt, friendly, and easy from start to finish. Parking is a little unique, but she let us know ahead of time, so there were no surprises. We truly enjoyed our stay and have no complaints. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique Fredericksburg experience!

We had a great stay at Hummingbird house! Our group of seven had plenty of room to spread out and really appreciated the large dining table in the eating area. Despite the heat, we did sit out on the patio both nights after the sun went down and really enjoyed that space as well. The house could be not be more convenient to the main shopping area and restaurants. We walked everywhere! Communication with our host was very easy and very timely.

Great and convenient stay

We loved the old, rustic and historic house and it is a block away from the Main Street where there's plenty of shopping, restaurants and wine/beer tasting rooms. The host is super quick to respond and gives you great local information.

This property was lovely for our group. 11 childhood friends of over 55 years. The house has an amazing dining room/kitchen and it was quite wonderful to find friends scattered through all the rooms and on the patio visiting. The location being a block off the main drag allowed everyone to come and go as they wanted with who they wanted. It was the perfect place for our GP Gals to get together for another slumber party.
