Cocoonr is offering this charming 35 m² flat with a swimming pool for rent in the town of Fitou; it can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. You can enjoy a garden of around 300 m². We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV and access to the terrace
- A fitted open-plan kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a TV
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional items: a high chair, a washing machine, a cot and a fan.

Outdoors:
- A shared swimming pool (8×4) with a maximum depth of 1.70 metres, unheated, secured by a gate which must be kept closed at all times. It is open from 1 June to 30 September. Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions. Sun loungers and an outdoor shower are available for your use
- A private 10 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A 300 m² south-facing garden with trees, shared with an adjoining property

The flat is ideally situated in Fitou, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Activities:
- Activities in the Corbières region: hiking, canyoning, kayaking, quad biking, paragliding, exploring Catalan heritage sites (fortresses, vineyards), etc.
- Seaside leisure activities: jet skiing, boating, relaxing on the beach, water sports, parasailing, water park…

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park (1 vehicle), accessible via a gate with a digital code, or in the public car park.

- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. The swimming pool opening dates are not binding and are subject to change. Subject to favourable weather conditions
