Welcome in to Spinnaker! Only a short distance from the beach in the peaceful North End of Sandbridge! When you arrive, you’ll enter the first floor family room offering high ceilings and comfortable seating for all around a large flat screen TV and a decorative fireplace. Includes an entertainment area with a high selection of DVD’s, books, and games. This vacation spot is beautifully designed for those seeking a large family getaway.
You will have your own private swimming pool accompanied with a volleyball net and hot tub, all located in the spacious backyard. Various covered decks with gorgeous views of the beach!
1st Floor: 3 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, 1 king and 3 queens. A mini kitchen is located on the 1st floor as well, including a full size refrigerator, eat-in kitchen table for 6, as well as a washer and dryer plus a pool table!
2nd floor: 2 king bedrooms, one includes a luxurious master bath with jacuzzi style tub. Full kitchen. Large dining room which is filled with a big dining room table to seat your whole family. Large open family room with flat screen TV above fireplace and 1 half bath. Wide deck off the family room with outdoor seating.
3rd floor: 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 2 bunk bedrooms (2 twin over full bunk bed sets), and 1 full size sleeper sofa located in the loft. Access the wide front deck with beautiful ocean and beach views.
Outdoor shower with both a foot wash and shower head for your convenience.
Beds will be made for you on day of arrival. Pool is available based on weather ranging from mid May through mid September.

Beach house

Very happy with the house had plenty of room for my family ranging in age from 77-4. The house has a great view of the beach and access to the beach is just across the street.

Love this house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 17, 9 of them children - for a wonderful spring break week...we loved the 10 bedrooms - 3 great areas for hanging out! We didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool because it was April.

Family Gathering

This large house with direct access to the beautiful beach was perfect for our large family gathering. When we discovered the pool cues were broken and there was no chalk, the host was quick to respond to my message and bring over a bundle of new cues and chalk. It's that kind of attention to the needs of the guests that keeps people wanting to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time. It was all about visiting with friends that we don’t often see. Spinnaker was perfect with large gathering spaces and small more intimate spaces. Parking was plentiful . Folks at Ocean Sands were very accommodating. Proximity to beach and view of the ocean were great. We’ll be back next year.
