The domicile is popular due to its view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny hillside location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for exclusive use are: sun umbrella, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard. Shared facilities include a children's playground, a swing, a sandbox, and a table tennis table.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 113 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is covered and ground level and leads over a 20 sqm terrace directly in the hallway with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 20 sqm and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed (appropriate only for children under 11 years) and TV. You have access to the 20 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. Kitchen 20 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (100 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 8 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 9 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Bathroom 10 sqm and with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Dobreć, 340 m ASL. The holiday house is situated on a 1000 sqm open garden plot and woodland plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
