Spend your holiday in the small Istrian village of Erie near the town of Labin in this beautiful stone holiday home with pool. The rustic-style house is beautifully and tastefully furnished and offers you all modern comforts. It has two bedrooms on the first floor, kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom on the ground floor.



The highlight of this house is the spacious, covered terrace in front of the house, where you can enjoy a glass of wine and a barbecue dinner. Refresh yourself from the summer heat in the pool, while the children can play on the spacious, fenced plot. A hot tub for 5 people rounds off the holiday pleasure.



You can sample local specialities at the nearby agriturismo. In about 15 minutes by car you can reach the tourist pearl Rabac with numerous restaurants, souvenir shops and cafés. There are also beautiful beaches in Rabac where you can try out various water sports such as kayaking, surfing, parasailing, stand-up paddling or diving. The old town centre of Labin is ideal for enjoying the evening and discovering many galleries and sights.

Mit Ausnahme eines Geschirrspülers ist alles vorhanden, was man für das tägliche Leben braucht.Der Pool ist ein Traum und wurde von uns sehr häufig genutzt. Im Haus gibt es eine Klimaanlage, die bei den hohen Temperaturen im Juli-August Gold wert ist.Die Lage in dem kleinen Dorf Erzisce war für uns perfekt, da es sehr ruhig war und die Entfernungen zu Stränden usw. dennoch kurz.Alles in allem durften wir in diesem Haus zwei traumhafte Wochen verbringen und unsere Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr weg.Wenn wir noch einmal nach Istrien kommen, werden wir uns auf jeden Fall wieder für dieses Haus entscheiden.

Ein schöner Urlaub in Kroatien

Schönes Haus, toller Pool, nette Besitzer. Nicht weit von Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Sehenswürdigkeiten und schöner Landschaft. Der Whirlpool war klasse. Das Grundstück sehr gepflegt. Probleme wurde schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Vielen Dank
