The rustic-style house is beautifully and tastefully furnished and offers you all modern comforts. It has two bedrooms on the first floor, kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom on the ground floor.

The highlight of this house is the spacious, covered terrace in front of the house, where you can enjoy a glass of wine and a barbecue dinner. Refresh yourself from the summer heat in the pool, while the children can play on the spacious, fenced plot. A hot tub for 5 people rounds off the holiday pleasure.

You can sample local specialities at the nearby agriturismo. In about 15 minutes by car you can reach the tourist pearl Rabac with numerous restaurants, souvenir shops and cafés. There are also beautiful beaches in Rabac where you can try out various water sports such as kayaking, surfing, parasailing, stand-up paddling or diving. The old town centre of Labin is ideal for enjoying the evening and discovering many galleries and sights.
