‘Awesome Views’ is a premier second-row property located in Garden City Beach. Being located just 0.1 miles north of the Garden City Pier and with ocean views from the porches, this home is your ideal vacation spot. Featuring an open kitchen, dining, and living area layout that makes enjoying meals and time with the family a breeze. The large backyard provides plenty of space to enjoy the private pool. Seasonal pool heat available for an added fee. Ample parking for six vehicles. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival, and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Awesome Views

House was in a great location with a quick walk to the beach. House so was big and roomy. All the stairs can wear you out so be warned and the elevator was out of order. Could of been cleaner but we didn't let that spoil our time! Refrigerator on each floor was so handy too!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We held a family reunion here and we were very happy. Despite a couple of 'snafus', elevator didn't work at first, dish washer was broken and several of the chairs were broken; the maintenance crew was very responsive to our needs. House was clean and just as described. Wonderful location and we will be coming again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome Views was a great fit for our family. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Proximity to pier was a plus for teens and the pool was a hit with everyone. Overall a great house. It wasn’t as clean as it should have been and some of the furniture needs replacement. However, these issues didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay. The house was spacious and the elevator an added bonus!

Great location!

The property was well appointed with each bedroom having its own bathroom. There was plenty of room for everyone in our group. Beach access was across the street. The kitchen (third floor) had pretty much everything we needed (except a blender and working can opener). Another refrigerator came in handy on the second floor. Lots of chairs on the front a back porch. Even though the weather did not cooperate we had a wonderful time. I would definitely stay there again.
