Cozy apartment for the whole family - Pets Welcome!

Our cozy apartment is located in the apartment house Borkum and can accommodate 2 - 4 persons.

The cottage Borkum is located in a traffic impasse. At the end there is a lovely walking and hiking trail at Dog depth along. The apartment is fully equipped and habitable the whole year.

The distance to the beach and harbor is about a 10-15 minute walk. Shops, restaurants and cafes can be reached in about 5-10 minutes.

Living / dining room:
Large living room with sofa bed for 1-2 persons, TV, SAT, DVD player, radio, CD player, exit to the balcony.
Dining area with table and four chairs, china cabinet, highchair.


Kitchen:
Separate kitchen with window, electric stove with four burners, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and coffee pad machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer.


Bad:
Bathroom with shower, toilet and window.


Bedrooms:
Bedroom with double bed, two mattresses a 90 * 200 cm, wardrobe, drawers, windows with blinds.


Non smoking property

Registered pets allowed. A maximum of 1 dog or 1 cat. More dogs / cats are explicitly possible only after prior consultation. The animals are € 15.00 payable (if more than one animal, the local charge is payable in cash). Unannounced dogs / cats cost € 30.00 per night (the money is then also payable locally in cash).

Cleaning: € 50.00

Note for payment! Currently only the online payment by credit card is possible!

Tourist tax:
The tax per person has all year on site to be paid upon arrival in cash.
