A spacious 70 m² apartment, ideal for up to 6 people. Bright and comfortable, it has 3 bedrooms and offers beautiful living spaces to fully enjoy your stay in Calvi.

At the entrance, you will find a first terrace of 15 m², fully covered and locked, ideal for storing strollers, boards, coolers or beach gear in complete safety.

At the back, enjoy a second terrace of about 20 m², open to the outside, equipped with dining table, outdoor lounge, deckchairs and plancha — a perfect place for your summer meals, your moments of relaxation and your balmy evenings.

The apartment includes:
• Bedroom 1: double bed 160 cm
• Bedroom 2: two 90 cm single beds (can be pushed together)
• Bedroom 3: closed, air-conditioned cabin room with bunk bed
• A friendly living room with sofa, TV and Wi-Fi
• A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, etc.)
• A bathroom with shower + toilet
• A separate toilet for more comfort
• Table for 6 people, indoors and outdoors

Located in a quiet and secure residence, the apartment allows you to do everything on foot: beach 300 m away, shops, supermarket, port and city centre in the immediate vicinity.

Appartement réçent très bien situé (chemin vers la plage toute proche, commerces à quelques mètres) et pourtant calme. Large terrasse extérieure sans aucun vis à vis. Il est très très bien équipé (pleins de petits détails : entre assaisonnements culinaires, bouée pour enfant, dispositif anti moustique etc.. ) et bien pensé (espace extérieur spacieux privé dans l'entrée, pour rangement vélo / paddle)La climatisation était parfaite Accueil physique sympathique

Eine saubere, praktisch und hübsch gestaltete Wohnung mit einladender Terrasse und entspannendem Blick ins Grüne. Aircondition in jedem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer!Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Lage am Rande des Pinienwaldes und so nah am Meer ist außerordentlich schön! Kommunikation mit der Concierge am Ankunftstag wegen unseres arg verspäteten Fluges verlief problemlos auf Englisch und wir wurden bei der Ankunft um Mitternacht sehr freundlich empfangen und in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Herzlichen Dank nochmals! Wir werden gerne wiederkommen
