Your surrounded by a beautiful view and surrounded on two sides with water, their are dolphins that come up so if your lucky you will be meet our aquatic neighbors! The home has plenty to entertain you and your family with, There's a game room in the first floor, a outdoor pool, and a outdoor kitchen. There's also plenty of land to play on and space for parties or for celebrating a family get together. We know you will enjoy your stay here, its a hidden paradise near the heart of Tampa! Our dock was recently replaced so you can enjoy sunsets and fishing during your stay!

We had a wonderful vacation with plenty of room to accommodate our large family. We saw dolphins, sting rays, and sharks right off the pier with gorgeous sunsets at night. All and all a great time was had.

We had a huge family vacation of 20ppl. This house was great for everyone. The kids swam, fished, and played pool. Still some electronic time but majority was spent with each other. Talking, laughing and overall great time! This was our first time rental ever and we feel it was good for what we wanted. Would rent again.

This was the perfect house for our group. We always have a hard time finding a property that can comfortably accommodate a large group of guys, but this home checked every box for us.Everyone had their own bed, and the house was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped, and we especially enjoyed the covered outdoor patio, pool area, and the ability to fish right from the dock.Our group takes an annual deep-sea fishing trip, and I can honestly say this is one of the best homes we've rented so far. The location was also excellent, with convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.If we're back in the Tampa area for another fishing trip, this property will be our first choice. Highly recommended for large groups looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Photos not accurate, but we visited property prior to booking and enjoyed our stay. Host very accommodating for our 4 night stay and working hard to do repairs. Overall clean but brought to his attention bathroom showers were not cleaned well, we recleaned best we could. An upstairs bathroom not useable as light was out and shower door was broken. Nice view from pool area and paved back area. Could use some landscaping. Overall we had a great experience.

This house was perfect for our group of six. There was plenty of space and a wonderful view. Everything was clean.However, we had some safety concerns. Several smoke detectors had been removed, and others had dead batteries. We notified the owner immediately, but no effort was made to replace them. Additionally, the railing leading to the second floor felt wobbly and should be checked. Because these issues pertain to safety, I decided to remove one star from my rating.We would still stay here again as it’s a great location, even though the surrounding neighborhood is a bit questionable. Thank you for allowing us to use your house!

Great stay

We rented the house with a few families from Michigan, in the area for a gymnastics meet. Good fishing off the dock and saw several dolphins, kids and parents all had a good time.

Nice and spacious place

Great spot for a big group. Pretty far from downtown Tampa so this is a good spot if you plan on spending most of your time at the house. Overall, we had a great time.

Yearly tradition

A group of friends and myself have stayed here every year when travelling from Miami for a local car event. The morning views are lovely and the house is spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. Also very central for our needs. Looking forward to staying there again next year.

Beautiful View

We loved the property. The house was spacious and the beds where very comfortable, What a beautiful view of the river and very peaceful. We where a group of 19 ladies and everyone would like to return next year. Plenty of space for all of us. We had an amazing stay.

Wonderful family reunion

We had a wonderful stay for our weekend family reunion. The house was extremely accommodating for a large group of people, and the setting couldn’t have been more beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the pool and viewing the river. My one bit of advice is to bring your own pool towels as they are not provided.

Family Spring Break

Everything that we needed as a family. Was able to have traditional Easter egg hunt to birthday party to trips to the beaches and was able to spend quality time with grandma great grandma also great great grandma Weather was great and everyone had there own spaces.

Best in Tampa

This is the second time we stayed here. perfect for the whole family. It has plenty of beds and amenities. we need a place with plenty of parking and entertaining space. This house is it. Its close to everything and the boat ramp is a huge plus. we will continue to stay here when we are in tampa.
