Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, including a walk-in shower with a shower seat and hand rails, and a wood burning fireplace in the living room. The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating. Don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake. It's everything you need for a weekend getaway!
The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 60 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

So conveniently close to restaurants, downtown shopping and beach area. Love looking out from the balcony and seeing the boats and downtown area from the room. Staff are always helpful and pleasant. Rooms are nice but could be modernized. Really glad to see that Edgewater Inn is remodeling outside of building. Looks great! Looking forward to staying again someday.

The place was super clean and we had a sweet little anniversary set up when we arrived which was a nice surprise! The only things we would change is a new mattress and a window covering as it is between the bedroom and hallway with a light that is always on. Curtains would be great! We also LOVED the shower! Amazing weekend. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay!

The exterior needs some painting, cleaning, etc., but is in better shape now than a few years ago.

We have rental properties and could NOT in good conscience, rent out an old, worn-out place like this -- not for any price. But then we have higher standards. If you are okay with a Motel 6-level quality at Ritz Carlton prices then you would be okay with staying here. We are not. The owners must not have a lot of pride or self-respect to allow something like this on the market. Or they are just greedy. Shame on them.
